Mitch P and Jeff H were the dynamic duo with the installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. Both were true professionals. Mitch came out yesterday to do a 21 point furnace check and found out I needed a new furnace!! It was 25 years old. He took the time to explain why, what and how soon I could have a new furnace put in and Jeff H. came out today to install both. He even fixed a roof vent that came off for me. He finished the work and cleaned everything up and explained the new heating and air conditioning system. The only problem we had was the prices were extremely high. It makes it very difficult for retired people to do a replace of any piece of equipment at these prices. Even with the financing program it puts alot of pressure on them. I don't know what they do if they can't afford this. It causes people to price shop versus quality shop. 09/15/14 |

Thomas did a great job of explaining the entire process and the products that we purchased. We bought both new furnace and air conditioning system. We felt the pricing was extremely higher than we had anticipated. The sales presentation and information provided was excellent by Thomas. Jeremy did a great job in correctly diagnosing the cause of our non working water heater. The gas was turned off. This was after another plumber told us we needed a new hot water heater. The only negative comment I have is the time it took to get emergency service on a holiday. The A/C went out Sunday evening.
I called Monday morning, Labor Day. I have a service contract. I waited around all day and the on-call tech could not get to me. I then scheduled an appointment for after 5pm on Tuesday. When I called at 5pm, I was told I was the next person. I called again at 6:30pm and was told I was scheduled for 8:30pm. I said that it would be too dark at that time, so I got a call back from the dispatcher and the tech arrived at 7:45pm. The tech did a great job! I had to suffer through 2 sleepless nights, until the tech arrived and repaired my a/c in 45 minutes. 09/03/14 |

I am very pleased with the work that Drew P did this evening to repair my central air. He was able to replace all of the electrical components that got fried
in about 45 minutes and I did not even have to call an outside electrician.

Enjoyed an absolutely 5-star experience in getting my old gravity octopus furnace removed and replaced with a modern forced-air furnace. Don and Zara kept me informed through every step of the process, and then Jeff H., their HVAC wizard, stayed extra late to finish the entire installation in just one day. To begin with.....Jeremy arrived in a very timely manner, and presented himself in an exceptionally professional and competent manner. We have ( had) a 33 year old boiler that was in need of work, and Jeremy outlined ALL options with a cost breakdown, and allowed us to decide what we wanted to do with all the facts at hand, there was no attempt at over selling, and he was clear on the work needed vs. what would "be nice". I opted to have the boiler replaced, and Jeremy worked with speed and accuracy to ensure everything was organized and laid out on a time schedule that he worked around my schedule, and the price was excellent considering the large amount of work I requested. For any future plumbing and heating issues??..I will be coming back to MSP plumbing, heating and Air, and I will be requesting Jeremy. Jeremy P. 08/29/14 |

We had an air conditioner installed by another company in May of 2014 and they were to come back and test it in order for us to get rebates from Xcel Energy. The other company was contacted numerous times to come back and test it by my husband and myself and they never did. One call to MSP and they were here on time and it was completed in a very timely manner. I now will call them for my other heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs.
