Mitch did a great job for me on a furnace repair. On a very cold February day when our boiler had suddenly stopped working, he arrived on time, immediately diagnosed the problem, and completed the necessary repairs in less than two hours. I am very happy with the service provided by the two Service Experts who inspected my 23 year old furnace and made the recommendation to get it replaced. I had the experience of having Mike Anderson come to my home to tackle some complicated furnace issues. When he completed his work, plus all the additional help he gave me with technical online issues regarding a wifi thermostat system, I wanted to do something I would never have dreamed of doing to a service worker before - giving him a hug for a great job! Had my yearly check up on all my equimpment. They discovered my water supply to my April Air was leaking,so i had that fixed. Also i noticed that when my humidifer called for water it would make a loud noise when it would shut off, that you could hear through out our home.

Brian A from Minneapolis St Paul Plumbing, Heating & Air offered and explained several options for fixing our furnace and didn't pressure me to agree to work that I didn't feel comfortable with. The fix for our furnace was more complicated than expected and Brian A worked through ordering the correct parts and rewiring the furnace to make the parts operable. He was on time, courteous, professional and friendly. Best of all, he was friendly towards my dog, who is quite annoying. I will definitely ask for Brian A the next time we have our furnace maintenance completed. Thank You!

We purchased a new furnace two months ago from Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing Heating Air. We heard "banging" noises when the furnace went on and went off. We called Minneapolis Saint Paul and told them of the problem. After two attempted fixes that didn't solve the problem, they sent senior technician Brian Anderson to identify the problem. An installer came and repaired some duct work that Brian determined was causing the problem. While he was here, Brian checked our Venmar heat exchanger and found that it wasn't working. He ordered a part and repaired it. Brian is personable and very effecient, We are very pleased with his work and with the approach to service of Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing Heating Air.
