Very happy with the professionalism, customer service & quality work that he did. However, the cost was much higher than we thought it would be to repair a toilet. The coupon was a little decieving as well. It said a "toilet tune up" for $29. It really was not a tune up at all for that price. It was more of an evaluation of what was wrong. Total cost came out to nearly $400 but that was still a lot cheaper than the nearly $1500 for the top not package that I was quoted from Mpls / St. Paul Plumbing & Heating. 02/25/14 |

I have infloor heating and a lot of companies do not deal with it or have the experience to take care of the problems that come up with this system. I have been using this company for the past 13 years and find them quick and thorough when I need help. I had another company out when I first moved into my home and they did not know what they were doing. Excellent Customer service. Nick was very professional and did high quality work. My only complaint is that I had a coupon through Valpak for a $29 toilet tune up. It was really not for a tune up at all. It was more an assessment & estimate for that. The repair that my toilet needed came out to almost $400. That is higher than I really wanted to pay. However, it was still a lot cheaper than their top toilet repair package with warranty that was nearly $1500. As a whole, they are very friendly and provide good quality service. We highly recommend Jason H. and Minneapolis St. Paul plumbing & heating. He was very professional in that he covered his boots,to explaining what had happened with furnace and what to do to keep it from happening again. Terry Morris was the gentleman who replaced our furnace. He was efficient and explained the details of his work well. He was respectful of our household in keeping it warm during the installation. It was 10 below. There was no mess at all to clean afterward. He was friendly and courteous. He represented MSP Plumbing very well. Mitch came out on a Sunday to help with a furnace issue. He was prompt, courteous, and answered all of my questions. After talking with Mitch, we decided it was time for a new furnace. Terry and Adam installed our furnace later that same week. They were fantastic and made sure to walk me through everything when it was completed. Jeremy and Mitch helped us out with the archaic furnace and radiators in the home we just bought. In this climate, having 24/7 service is a must. So when our furnace went out on a Saturday night, I discovered rather abruptly that my "usual" heating service provider didn't offer weekend hours. So I combed the Internet and found Minneapolis St. Paul Plumbing Heating and Air. A call to the main number got me in touch with a real person (Hi, Chris!) and she had me talking to a tech (Hi, Mitch!) within minutes. The short version is that my experience with this company was fabulous. They are good people who know their trade and don't upsell you at every turn. Chris made sure I knew when Mitch was going to arrive, and Mitch made sure he had diagnosed the problem fully before making the repair ¿ no "throw parts at it and see if it works" mentality, he was thorough and easy-going. I recommend this company, and would do business with them again in a heartbeat¿probably use them this summer for a project. Polite, easygoing, punctual, thorough and knowledgeable. Thanks, you guys! Jeremy and his partner Andrew were extremely professional, courteous and on-time. Jeremy provided a thorough review of his assessment, cost for the repairs and recommendations, explained the work and set expectations on how long it would take. They were respectful of my home, clean, came with the right equipment, and made cleaned up when they were done. Nick showed up on time to fix an issue we had with our furnace we bought 2 years ago and were having an issue with on Sunday.
I actually spoke with Ken H. on Sunday who got us scheduled for Monday.
Anyway Nick reported the problem, went out quickly to get the replacement parts, and before you know it, problem solved, all under warranty.
Pretty simple, but pretty simple speaks volumes, from Ken taking the call on his day off to get us scheduled for the next day. To Nick coming in and being genuinely concerned about our issue and getting it solved. It's much appreciated, well done! Nick T. 02/10/14 |

Brian quickly determined the humidification system problem, fixed it and discussed the 16 year old hot water heater at my request. Decision reached on a replacement to be installed in 2 weeks.
