This was my first time using This company. Mike checked out the problem, made some phone inquiries and then offered me 6 or 7 options regarding replacing my water heater. After my selection, he proceeded to replace the unit. He left the area very clean and arranged removal of the od unit along with another one that had been sitting in my garage for a few years. I appreciated this very much. Mike also alerted me to a problem with one of the turn-off valves and the venting of the utility room along with estimates on repair. I had a plumbing issue at my house and I had someone send by maintenance company. He came and shut off the water supply and left without fixing it. It became an emergency situation. I called Minneapolis Saint Paul plumbing and they send out John. John was really professional and excellent. He fixed the issue after give me all price options. I was really frustrated and upset because of what first guy did. When John was leaving I was feeling happy that I found a good person who fixed my problem. I was very pleased with the whole home plumbing inspection I received from John at MSP Plumbing, Heating and Air. After his inspection, he went through everything that he saw with me and explained to me the severity of each issue and my options for further service/fixing of any issues I had. Terry did a great job installing our furnace. The furnace, lines and pipes are well placed. He laid down some mats so nothing got dirty. He was very professional and pleasant to have in our home. Nick T did a great job installing our new Carrier furnace. In just a few days we noticed how much more comfortable and even balanced the heating in our house has been since Nick T installed our new furnace. The MSPH team also showed us how important safety and efficiency is in a properly functioning gas furnace. Our 100 year old furnace went out on a cold Sunday. The first technician to come out threw up his hands. The next four companies called said our 50 year old burner conversion unit would be too difficult to repair. Brian was the only one who gave us hope for a repair. He opened up a warehouse on a Sunday for parts not on his truck, he stayed late in the day to complete the job. He was willing to do work that others were not. In the dead of winter, our century-old furnace stopped working. One technician came out and threw up his hands. Four other companies said the 50 year old burner conversion unit was too hard to repair. After we spent the day on the phone in a cooling house, we finally spoke to Brian. He was the only one who gave us some hope for a repair. It was a Sunday and he spent hours working on our furnace burner. He opened up a warehouse to get parts that he did not have on his truck and he stayed until late in the day to get the job done. This was the best service call experience my wife and I have ever had. I chose Mpls. St. Paul Plumbing and Heating on the recommendation of a neighbor. The same person she had do her work was unable to come so I was lucky enough to have John H. help me out. Nothing was an emergency. I ended up showing him all the "quirks" that weren't quite right and he pointed out a few things that could be improved or weren't up to code. I had a multitude of options. I decided to take care of most everything. John H. is a personable, thorough and neat worker. He takes pride in doing the best job that he can do. The customer's satisfaction is his goal. When the work was done, he gave me a tour of the completed work. Questions were always clearly answered. I would certainly choose this company and John H. to work in my home again. We had a great experience yesterday with Bruce A. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in detecting the issue we had going on with our sump pump. We had a new furnace installed. Chad did a good job of installing our new furnace and went out of his way to accommodate our suggestions. We wanted piping routed a certain way that required Chad to go above and beyond what was needed. We thank him.
There was a defect in an outlet cover, it was cracked, but the company did what they could to fix this problem as soon as possible. We will have no problem using Minneapolis St. Paul Plumbing, Heating, and Air in the future.

John H. was incredibly clear and careful with telling me about all the options available when our water heater wasn't working. There was no pressure at all, but instead he gave me a lot of information in a professional manner. He then worked quickly and efficiently in all the repairs. In nearly no time at all he was able to get me hooked up with hot water again! Beyond that, John was incredibly friendly and professional throughout!

Jeremy Peterson was a skilled, helpful, dedicated heating technician and master plumber who came into our house with frozen pipes and broken radiators, staying late and even working until 8 PM on a Friday night to restore heat and radiators! He explained everything in detail, was honest and was able to fix heating pipes in a 100 year old house with complicated pipes and many ceiling layers. Courteous helpful and kind are other words I would use to describe this master plumber. He was honest and trustworthy and did an excellent job fixing the pipes. The whole company was really efficient and did a great job healing our broken home. John H. also was a plumber who came and fixed our broken plumbing pipes and bathroom fixtures that froze up when the heat went out. He was fast efficient, hard working thourough and did an awesome job cleaning up when he had to tear out layers of ceilings in the kitchen to get to broken pipes. Minneapolis St. Paul Plumbing, Heating and Air sent Jeremy P. (Plumber) to unclog a toilet in our house today. Jeremy arrived on time, explained the options and the cost of each. We selected an option and he completed the work in the expected time. even though there were some unexpected findings.
This service was critical to us as we are dealing with home care for an ill family member. Cleanliness and working plumbing are key to good care. We really appreciate the excellent service and always call this company for our plumbing needs.
