We have 3 zones each for heating and cooling plus a generator -- all of them purchased and maintained by Meyer & Depew. They are a little high, but a they say, you get what you pay for. I've used M&D at a business and two residences so far. They did the installations of furnaces, A/C, water heaters and a stand-by generator. They also zoned my current home. I have had them on contract to service all of these. The service is always prompt and thorough. I recommend them unreservedly. 01/09/16 |

I have used Meyer & Depew for several years now to service my HVAC systems. They are very prompt, easy to schedule and the technicians are always very helpful and professional. Just had Milo as a technician and he was very thorough and gave us an update on everything and some suggestions.
My only gripe is that the service contracts are a little pricey but that is probably standard. I would rather pay for excellent reliable service.

I owned a home in Edison for 20 years and M&D did all the maintenance on my air and heating units. Can't say enough about their professionalism, expertise and courtesy.
Living in a different town now so I naturally called them for service here. When Juraj got out of the truck he recognized me right away and we had a good laugh.
As always, excellent service. Very timely, and neat - they never walk in your home with protective shoe covers - and a fair price.

Frank B led the team installing my new Crown boiler which included John V and Anderson C. His experience and professionalism made the installation go smoothly so that a quoted 2-day job was completed on one day. The 3 men worked seamlessly together in tight quarters to get the boiler through the doorway & into the basement coming up with an ingenious way of moving the unit down a 4 foot drop with no issues.
Frank made sure the installation was expertly completed & I understood the operation of the unit & how to program the newly installed wi-fi thermostats. I would definitely allow Frank back to perform other work for me as needed. Frank B. 12/20/15 |

Phil C came to start the installation on my new central A/C unit. The first step in the installation was to remove the old unit & flexible ductwork which was done efficiently and with minimal disruption to my personal belongings. Once completed, he made sure that the house was clean of debris to my satisfaction. Although he wasn't assigned the task of completing the installation, his professionalism and attention to detail was much appreciated while he was here. Meyer And Depew did a good job with scheduling my furnace maintenance. The technician, Milosz, did a a very thorough maintenance checkup and was comfortable and confident in his knowledge despite my hovering and asking questions. Milosz was pleasant and easy going as well as neat, cleaning up any water spills etc. The only points that I really felt they could have done better on would have been: 1. If they had called a few minutes before their arrival on my doorstep 2. Milosz should have wrapped my dirty air filter in a plastic bag after removing it. M&D have taken care of our family for over 35 years. Mike recently serviced our furnace for the winter and like all his fellow technicians I've met, was competent, pleasant, and arrived on time. The few times I've needed emergency service over the years (once at 11PM!), they have always responded quickly and prepared. No phone tag. No nonsense. No excuses. All Meyer & Depew staff has always been extremely polite and professional. I have been using your company for about 7 years and have never had any problems. Technicians are neat and clean up everything when they go. They are always willing to explain what they are working on in layman's terms.
