Last Thursday night, I placed an emergency call to Meyer & Depew because my air conditioning was leaking water. Joe O. arrived home at 10:20pm with a smile in his face. He immediately inspected the unit and detected the problem. He clean the mud that was clogging the water pipes. I felt relieved that Joe O. was honest and did not deceive me into buying another air conditioning as it happened to me in the past with other service contractors. This is the first time that I met Joe O. He is a friendly individual and someone who you will welcome to your house. I recommend him without any hesitation. Joe O. 08/08/15 |

Meyer & Depew replaced my entire HVAC air conditioning system and did a fantastic job. Andre the sales rep came out to provide and estime. He was professional and on time. He got me a reasonable price for quality parts. The estimate was very competitive compared with the other two estimates I received. Frank and Andersen performed the installation. Not only were they on time, they were early! They finished the job in the exact amount of time they said they would. They were courteous, professional and diligent. They got a little oil on my front steps and had a colleague bring in a power washer to remover - most companies would have just left it. I was very impressed with the work performed and overall service. They even vacuumed and wiped up the area in my home where the work was performed. It is obvious that this is a customer-service oriented company. When they tell you they will be there at a given time, believe it. Are they a little higher priced than some others? All I can say is WOW! Have been dealing with Meyer and Depew for my air conditioner/heating system since 2006. Have dealt with many service techs and I really can't say anything bad about any of them. Lauren is my go to girl for questions and appointments. Have to say that I did have a slight issue a couple of years back with my air conditioner - but Meyer and Depew stayed the line and wouldn't give up till they figured out the problem. Who knew that an extra pound of coolant could cause such a nasty noise. Mitch has been my tech for the past year or so - what a nice young man. Courteous and Professional. He carefully listens to my concerns and takes the extra steps needed to resolve issues. I hope to have a long relationship with the company and with look forward to having Mitch B as my tech. With the exception of initial phone contact - which was immediately and satisfactorily remedied - the entire experience was an "above and beyond" one. When considering such a big purchase, I wanted all my options explored and questions answered and was having difficulty finding a contractor willing to spend the time and energy to do that for me. M&D was just what I needed. Not only was the up front part handled to my satisfaction, the install was impeccable. I like things in order and these guys are on top of everything. I was confident from beginning to end that not a thing was amiss and that everything was installed properly. Wow. I'm impressed and thankful for the professional, knowledgeable and hassle-free experience of the purchase and installation of a new HVAC system for my townhouse. Gary took the time to properly size out my rooms, understand my needs and explain all my options. Within days I was confident all the right pieces were in place. Today the guys showed up (on time!) and the way they worked together was just incredible. While Frank B. and Rob M. worked together on the furnace, Faizan A. was swiftly putting things together outside for the AC unit. They worked cleanly, neatly, happily, and didn't miss a beat. And they answered every question I had - they truly enjoy what they do. Frank B. especially takes pride in what he does. And Rob wired my new Z-wave thermostat with no problem. I even decided to add a water heater to the job - they gladly accepted the added work on a Friday afternoon.
