Mitch was the BEST- took the time to explain things and how it worked with my heating system.. Super friendly and patient with me. Also asked him a question about my AC unit and he took the time to have a quick look and put in a ticket for me with the company so we can discuss next steps. Hold on to this one, give him a raise, he is the real deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also, he diddnt mind that my 90 pound dog was following him all over the house and jumping on him at first------ even if he wasnt a dog guy, he wasnt bothered by that which i thought was awesome. We found Faizan A. from Meyer & Depew to be a very professional technician. He was very kind, respectful and considerate in the many questions that I might have had in stalling our central air. He was fast, efficient and I considered him an excellent team member not only with John W. but also Javin from Arc Electric. They were all able to complete the job within 3 days. Faizan A. is an excellent asset to the company and I would also recommend him for any future advancement consideration.

Very competent, on time, careful and they clean up after themselves! We were first very impressed with the careful analysis for determining the size of the furnace to be put in. That gave us a lot of confidence in the company. Then John and Joe arrived on time and ready to roll. Installation took about 8 hours. These guys aren't lazy! It was non-stop except for a short lunch. The instructions John gave us was comprehensive and clear. the installation didn't stall as all the resources needed arrived as expected. No surprises. I've a had a very good experience with M&D. The custom service is excellent, they have come out several times on short notice and looked at our issues and done their best to resolve them. The most recent example was the evening of a large snow storm. My wife and I were going away, and we noticed water around a new boiler that M&D installed several months ago. We called them and they sent Lou P out that evening despite poor weather conditions. Lou came in examined everything, only to realize it wasn't the boiler that was leaking but the water softener. Lou then helped me disable the water softener so it wouldn't continue to leak until I could get a plumber over to repair it. Lou P. 03/09/15 |

We rent a home that has seen better days when it concerns the air conditioner unit and heating system. Our landlord has sent Meyer & Depew to service both in the last 6 months, and each time Mitch B. has been the service technician to remedy the problem [s]. Mitch is very courteous, respectful of the home taking care not to damage anything by bringing in equipment, and let's us know what the problem is, how it can be fixed, and time frame to have the work done. I appreciate how the office calls to remind us of the appointment, and calls a half hour or so before tech arrives so as not to have to take off from work giving me plenty of time to get home to meet tech. Meyer & Depew is highly recommended to anyone looking for a heating\cooling company that will treat the customer with respect and give an honest evaluation and modest time frame of work to be done.
