We had two central air conditioners installed. Alex was great to work with through the contracting and scheduling phases. Both Joe M. & Rob M., the installers, were great, they arrived on time and worked neatly and efficiently. They were scheduled to complete the project in 3 days but finished it in 2 two days, woohoo! I had Joe O. here today for my annual A/C check and Joe also installed a new Comfort Guard system, which will alert the company if anything is wrong with my A/C or Furnace system. Joe M and Rob M were our installers. Overall, they were punctual (yesterday was an exception because of a company meeting). They were courteous, meticulous and cleaned up well at the end of the day. We would have given them 5 stars if they completed the job in 2 days. But, the late start on day 2 made it impossible to do. Which is why they came back the 3rd day. He was also able to fix a gunked up contactor in my outside compressor so that we didn't end up having an expensive repair on our hands. Vinny did a fantastic job and went the extra mile with fixing and inspecting our furnace. He was able to fix the igniter and stayed to make sure that was the problem. Sure enough, something else went wrong and he continued to troubleshoot until the problem was resolved. He was very friendly, explained everything he was going to do and why, and never once did I feel like I was being sold something.

Meyer & Depew has always taken great care of our heating and air conditioning needs, often with the same technician servicing our HVAC unit. They follow up w/ me to remind me that it is time to schedule a check-up (included in our service plan), and I think it's great that someone who is familiar w/ the equipment is the one who comes to do the inspection. Our technician, ******, is professional, friendly, and takes good care of our house as well. I always notice that he puts the disposable foot covers on his boots to avoid tracking dirt into the house. He never forgets. Little things like that matter. The hot water heater went bad in our loft in Hoboken on a Friday. Alex was fantastic in ensuring that it would be replaced by Saturday. Anderson and John showed up at 9:30 AM on Saturday morning with everything they needed to install the new water heater. By 11:30 AM everything was completed, working and reviewed with me.
Anderson and John were great!
We also used Meyer and Depew about 4 years ago to replace our boiler and AC condenser. They were great then.
