Called M&D as I was in quite a bind with one of my condo rentals and their team came in and addressed my cooling problem. Need to give credit to Anderson C for is professionalism, knowledge of his craft, and integrity. He took the time to help me understand exactly where some of the challenges were with my existing configurations and gave me a full rundown of my options for improvement. Bottom line, when he left,my tenants had AC and were quite pleased. This review concerns the installation of two surge protectors to our A/C system on 23 March 2017.
Juraj provided totally professional, no-nonsense service. I was pleased to see that he put plastic covers over his shoes (to keep dirt from getting onto our hardwood floor). He concentrated entirely upon his work, which was done without delay. He knows his stuff and is happy to answer any questions you may have.
Juraj had also done our annual A/C system maintenance and inspection on 7 March 2017.

When my furnace broke, John and Phil came to install a new one. They got there exactly when they said they would. They rolled out drop cloths to avoid getting anything dirty and spent the next 8 hours working through problems and coming up with innovative solutions to make the furnace work in a very tight space.
When they didn't think they'd be able to finish in one day, they asked if we were available another day. They sensed this would be a burden on us and stayed another 5 hours to get the job done. They were able to install a large bypass humidifier in a space that was previously deemed to be too small. They even pointed out something they noticed could be a potential issue with my water heater, which another company had just installed.
Overall, five star experience from M&D thanks to the conscientious and hard-working duo of John and Phil. Whatever they are getting paid, they deserve more! John W., Phil C. 03/22/17 |

Phil, Joe and Mike came in and installed my new furnace/ac. This was a rush job to get it in because I was without heat. They were courteous and thorough and made sure all of my belongings stayed clean. I had just bought this condo and was having my spring service when technician George discovered a carbon monoxide leak! When our furnace broke, M&D promptly came to give us an estimate. They use Carrier products and I found the salesman easy to follow and he broke down the estimate for me, which many companies don't do. The technicians were outstanding!
