Our gas furnace decided it didn't want to work ... on a Friday night. We called M&D first thing Saturday morning and Joe O. came and in short order had us up and running again.

Juraj was prompt at 7:30 am. he was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing when inspecting my furnace. He vacuumed the unit very carefully and checked all connection for a secure fit. He suggested a water detection meter be installed to detect any unwanted water in the system and I accepted. He said it will prevent any damage to the system by shutting the system down when water is present. He explained the bill and said the visit includes a return visit in the spring to check the air conditioning system. Overall I was very satisfied with the visit. Juraj K. 11/17/14 |

Michael F. arrived exactly on time and did our heat service in a systematic way. He started upstairs and worked himself down to the basement. All the filters were changed as he explained the difference in the types available. He gave me instructions on the different thermostats to allow me to switch over from A/C to heat. I had received letter letters from Meyer & Depew for a few years.My Air Conditioner is over 20 years old and I have have had no issues and the system works very good. Juraj (George) arrived at my home on time and was very pleasant and fixed my issues in a timely. My issue was a overflow with the Air Conditioner pan. Juraj checked my Air Conditioner and determined there were no additional issues. I really appreciate him being honest with me. He did state that I needed a safety switch to assist with the over issue in the future. I appreciated that because this is the second time the the water has overflowed in the pan. The first time the company tech did not inform me of this device. Juraj arrived for my second appointment exactly on time, 7:30 AM ( the Appointment was 7:30-11AM). He installed the device in no time and I am totally satisfied with Meyer & Depew. I have truly found a company I can trust when it comes to Air Conditioner repair :) :) :) Juraj K. 08/07/14 |

Since it had been several years since I had had anyone service my air conditioning system I was eagerly looking forward to the serviceman's visit. From the moment Mike F walked through my front door I felt completely comfortable with him. He was pleasant, completely professional and he wasted no time in getting to work. Regrettably he faced a rather Herculean task in locating the internal unit since I had no idea where it had been put when it was installed. Sadly enough, it ended up in one of the eaves of my attic, accessible only through a pull down staircase in the roof of the garage, not a place anyone would volunteer to go up into on a hot summer day ! Mike F. never complained about any part of this job.but just quickly and efficiently went about completing servicing the AC unit. Today (7/3) Chris T from Meyer & Depew came by to try and fix my central air unit. He not only fixed the issue, but he took the time to explain what he was doing and what went wrong. He was extremely professional and really kind. He showed me some other aspects of my central air unit (inside the house) that I didn't know before. One thing I'd like to add, and it may seem trivial, but he removed his shoes inside the house without me mentioning anything. That was amazing because we are having a fourth of July party tomorrow and we had just cleaned the house. Again, it might seem trivial, but it was important to us.
