Had my heating and a/c units for maintenance. Troy D was prompt courteous and friendly. He explained everything he did and also advised on some of the parts of the furnace that were showing some wear. Very helpful. The company also gave me a call to give me the cost of the part that was in need of repair. They did not pressure me just gave me info for when I want job done. We selected Meyer & Depew to replace our furnace and AC based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. First our comfort specialist was incredibly professional, measured all of the rooms which none of the other companies did, to guarantee that we would get the right sized unit. Also, they lent us window units during a heat wave. Then Rob and Mike M. came out on a Saturday to get everything started. They laid down cool floor covering that stuck to the floors so that they didn't track anything in the house. They were super professional and efficient friendly to us, our kids and our dogs. WOW - unbelievable service!! During snow storm, suddenly my smoke alarm went off - and wouldn't go off even after I cut the wires. Sound was enuf to drive one MAD! Charles at M&D called and rescued me, talking me through how to pull alarm out of the ceiling and disarm it. THANK YOU Charles!! You saved my ears and my sanity. Then - if that weren't enough, suddently M&D's PRESIDENT was standing AT MY BACK DECK! In shock and awe - I invited him in from the snow and he, ever so calmly, looked at my crazy situation and told me I needed a new smoke alarm. I have used Meyer and Depew several times over the years. From small repairs to installation of complete new HVAC system.Always very professional. This time, my outdoor condensing unit needed replacement due to a fire.(luckily, the old unit was the only thing damaged in the fire!). Our furnace’s motor and fan broke in the middle of the night. We called Meyer & Depew the next morning and they came out that day to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately it wasn’t worth the cost of fixing so we decided to purchase a new furnace. The team was helpful and reviewed all of our options and answered our questions without making us feel pressured. They team if Frank, Rob, Frank, and Victor we’re back to our house in 36 hours to install. They were all very professional and did a great job. They were efficient, neat, and proformed high quality work. They reviewed the new system with us before they left. Our new furnace is so much better than our previous model. Thank you all. I have to commend Troy today. He came to my home to determine why my Humidifiers were not working. After spend about 45 minutes trouble shooting, he determined I need a new controller. He was going to order it and left. He went to his truck and checked one more time online for a possible problem/solution.

Johvann went above and beyond in helping me fish the electrical wire from the wall in order to install a new thermostat. He could have just said it wasn't part of the service, but he spent an hour helping me with this which led to a perfectly installed thermostat and a nice warm house. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. The technician showed up when scheduled (I did not have to wait until the end of my appointment window). He was knowledgable about my system and did a great job servicing it and troubleshooting our noise problem (which has decreased dramatically). He was extremely personable and helpful - I had a few questions on the humidifier for the heat systems, which he answered and helped fix. I had a wonderful experience with Meyer & Depew who provided me with a new A/C coil and condenser and a new furnace. When I first researched the company to perform the work, I was impressed with previous reviews, but also the track record of the company. When I reached out to M&D, everything went amazingly from there. From the first technician who inspected the problem, to the Comfort Specialist (Mike D.) who sized the house and explained our options, to the installers (John W.) were all amazing professionals. They took the time to answer my myriad of questions, they tolerated my constant watching and learning, and most importantly, did a fantastically professional job ... from start to finish.
