I've been with Meyer and Depew for several years, and always received excellent service. This past visit, Lou P. was here to perform routine maintenance. I needed a thermostat changed, which they were able to accommodate on the spot (with a charge, of course! reasonable). Our furnace went out the coldest day of winter so far this year. We called Meyer and Depew and they saw us the same day. Figured out what the problem was and had everything installed two days later. Our furnace went down on Christmas weekend. Andre came and assessed that we need a new furnace. Our two installers, Frank B and the other Frank came on Wednesday. They were professional, neat, polite and respectful. They were in the house for 8 hours, and afterward explained everything in detail.

We've been using Meyer & Depew for 15 years and have enjoyed their service and professionalism. They have replaced our HVAC systems and provided annual service. Honest, courteous and professional. Unlike another large, well advertised heating/cooling company, Meyer & Depew didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need. Our furnace went out the week before Christmas and they came and spent an entire Saturday replacing it. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future should the need arise. There were 4 men in the crew that installed our new Carrier Furnace/ AC system. The Lead for the install was John W. The 4th person was Mike M. He was not included in the employee profile. The installation was excellent. They worked throughout the day and into the early evening determined to make sure we had heat by the end of the day and we did. John W. was very thorough during the install and in explaining the operation of the system. Everyone was very professional. After the work was completed, the work area was cleaned up and the system was ready to go. I would definitely recommend Meyer & Depew for any Furnace or A/C needs, whether a new install, repair work or maintenance. Excellent people working for an outstanding company.

We've used Meyer & Depew for servicing our heating and cooling units for 6 years and have had many technician work with us, but Jim has been great - he has a clear understanding of the systems. We have been told that our set up is unique and unusual...and has some scratching on the heads which doesn't give us the best feeling, but Jim knows the ins and outs of the system, what needs to be done to make it in working order and comfortable for our family. We were in need of a new furnace ASAP!!!!! Andre provided us with our options. We made our decision and on installation day, we had John W. as our lead, then he was assisted by Mike M., Rob M, & Phil C. They worked throughout the day and finished at 6:30 p.m. A very long day for everyone, but at the end, we had HEAT!!!!! John W, explained how to operate our new system. Phil was the senior tech on our HVAC install. With him were 2 techs in training, Bill and Nate. Under Phil's guidance the three of them did a top notch installation of our system. From maintaining the utmost respect and care of our home to ensuring that every aspect of the system was installed properly. As a company Meyer and Depew made sure that everything was done right the first time and in a timely fashion. They removed debris from the site as the job went on, and had the ability to have parts brought to the technicians if they needed anything without having to leave the job site. In my research for HVAC replacement, I read it is more important to have an expert installation then a high end system. It was said that the best system with a poor install will be less efficient then a lower end system with a quality install. We got a very good system with an outstanding installation. I am confident my family will be comfortable for years to come, and with Meyer and Depew doing our yearly maintenance those years will be spent worry free.. Thank you M&D Phil C. 11/11/17 |

We had to replace our whole HVAC unit and decided to have Meyer and Depew do it. It was a very good decision. They did a very neat job, were very courteous and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our thermostat and Jim P. came and fixed the issue and told us things we didn't know, Jim P. was very pleasant and knowledgeable. John W. did a superior job installing our new furnace. He was knowledgeable, polite and had excellent communication skills. John explained in detail every aspect of our new furnace, the thermostat, maintenance... I would highly recommend Meyer & Depew, and John W. in particular. John's assistants, Mike M. and Victor A. were also terrific. They took the time with me to set up our Thermostat to our particular requests, and were so polite and informative about the new features. They arrived on time and performed their job in a timely fashion, keeping me updated on their progress. Glenn Regers was the only salesperson out of 9 companies who truly LISTENED to what we wanted. He gave use a few options - once we pulled the trigger, the process was flawless. Rob M was the lead installer with Frank B and Victor A as team members. They were on time, friendly, professionally dressed....they put down protective drop cloths and moved things out of the way for them to work on a total gut and replacement. They finished on time and the end result is almost a work of art. Rob's attention to detail is second to none and the diligence of the whole team made everything go smoothly.
