We moved into a new house about a year ago and needed to set up an HVAC maintenance plan. A friend recommended Magnolia so I called them. I had an appointment within three days of my call and they sent two trucks out, one to do a thorough (free) plumbing inspection and the other to service our A/C equipment. The men were a great team and clearly had a good working relationship. I learned everything I needed to know about our system and got great advice regarding a water pressure issue. Tan showed up right on time and worked quickly and efficiently, inspecting both my air conditioner and my heating system. He carefully explained everything he found and replaced a leaking valve that could have been a big problem when I turned on the heat this fall. His service was covered by an annual contract I purchased last year, which also covered a 25 per cent discount on replacement parts. I recommend the contract and I highly recommend Tan. Tan arrived right on time and was very thorough and efficient. He was here to perform my annual a/c and heating checkup, explained everything he was doing, and made a couple of suggestions to improve efficiency and/or head off a potential valve problem with the furnace next winter. He and his helper cleaned up very well when they were finished and everything is now working perfectly. I recommend him highly.
