I already explained the repair failure to Diane who sent the receipt by email. Your plumber did not know how to solve the problem without a building shutoff. A second plumber called by our Condo Board analyzed the problem correctly and installed a satisfactory repair with no building shutoff that would suffice until we could later replace the faulty shutoff valve.

Another OUTSTANDING service experience from Magnolia Plumbing! I had maintenance performed on my boiler today. Reggie D. arrived well within the two hour window and was extremely courteous and thorough. Not only did he explain what he did, he also talked me through every component of the boiler and its function. He also, at my request, adjusted the settings on my water heater and gave an equally detailed water heater education. I greatly appreciated Reggie D's caring competent service. He's a true professional.

When I submitted my service request online, I thoroughly described the problems the home was experiencing and scheduled a day of leave from work to have the technician and plumber attend to the problems. When the technician arrived, he indicated that the service needed could not be done because a team was needed to move the furnace to fix the plumbing problem, and I would have to schedule another appointment for a team to come back to fix the problems. This requirement to have the service appointment rescheduled resulted in having to reschedule travel plans so that I could be home for the new appointment. When I submitted the detailed service request and a service appointment made, I expect that the requested service be completed at the scheduled appointment time. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that Magnolia is providing, when I have been previously extremely satisfied with services provided by your company.

We had a small gas leak in our basement. Magnolia plumbing was very prompt and attentive at getting someone to our home to fix the pipe, check the other pipes, and turn our gas back on. The plumber they sent, Darrell, was certified to work on gas pipes. He was friendly, skilled, prompt, neat, and willing to answer any questions that we had. We were very happy to have the problem fixed in a matter of hours, and highly recommend this company.

I have used MAGNOLIA for years. Yesterday's visit by Carlos R. was one more example of why I stay with them. Carlos arrived promptly, talked me through what the annual review of my Heating/Cooling system would involve. He performed the inspection, cleaning, and upgrades promptly. His work was professional and efficient. As always with MAGNOLIA, I appreciated that Carlos talked me through a range of options as I plan for longterm care of my system. Thanks, MAGNOLIA.

Excellent service provided by Tran and Ebony. Ebony called to coordinate an earlier appointment which cancelled out my wait time. Tran was very nice and very knowledgeable of my old furnace, and after fixing the issue, cleaned the furnace and made the furnace operate and sound so much more efficiently. He also gave me some tips on furnace, checked for carbon dioxide based on a concern I had. Everything was ok and I was more than satisfied with his service. I would call Magnolia (Tran) again to check on my furnace in the future.

Marvin Chaney has now spent two days doing plumbing work at my daughter's house in Hyattsvill MD. He is a master plumber, diagnosing and fixing problems in an old house. In addition to his plumbing skills, he is an expert people person. He relates to the customer in a quiet and sensitive manner. He's a good listener and is willing to entertain any questions and give thorough, clear answers. I really appreciated that. He also has a cute sense of humor. I will have him back when the house needs further plumbing service.

My furnace was not working and I had tried to fix it myself, to no avail. Through my neighborhood app, NextDoor, I saw several recommendations for Magnolia so I looked them up on the internet. I was able to have an on-line chat with a service rep (Jason I think), and he understood my situation and helped me get service scheduled, within the hour! I thought it would be at least another freezing night in my house. Saeid (and Jose) were the service reps and they were able to get everything working within 30 minutes, and they stayed to make sure the heat worked everywhere. Everyone I worked with was friendly, trustworthy, and made me feel comfortable with the work that was done.

Carlos and Jose came to our house this week to install a tankless water heater and a whole house water filter system. They were on time, thorough and efficient, and explained everything they were doing, step by step. Magnolia is not cheap but when they do a job, they do it really well. Once the job was complete, you hardly knew they'd been there, except for the fast and clean hot water we now enjoy. Kudos to Carlos, Jose, and Magnolia!

Geo was very technically competent, thoughtfully analyzed our problems and suggested corrections. Went out of his way to get necessary replacement parts on urgent schedule to service us soon as possible and make adjustments in his own schedule in coordination with the office. From the moment we called, John (who took our initial call) was very understanding of our urgency. Carlos ( the most efficient Technician who has ever serviced us) arrived quickly there after and immediately assessed the problem (cutting off the gas line to the furnace; gave us a very detailed diagnosis of the problems). Based on all that we learned, we were able to make a good decision on the direction to go next. I came home from a week long vacation to find that, despite keeping my heat on and sinks running, a main water pipe had frozen. Magnolia had a plumber (Darrell) to my house in less than two hours in the evening on New Years Day, who provided a full inspection, diagnosis and plan for resolution. The pipes remained frozen as it was 11 degrees that evening, so a pipe burst (fortunately while the water was off). I called Magnolia and they had Mike in my house again less than two hours later, who fabricated a new pipe trunk and had it installed in minutes. He also provided a long list of tips for reheating my system. Finally, the NEXT day, Felix came to provide an estimate for replacing my lead service line, offering a reasonable price for the job. At NO time, did I feel upsold or overpaying - the technicians were all knowledgeable and extremely patient with my questions and thoughts on unfreezing and upgrading my plumbing. MEANWHILE - the big name competitors returned my call the next day, saying they could help me in about a week. I will not use another professional plumbing service again - Magnolia has my business for life.

Reggie showed up at my frozen home on a bitterly cold New Year's Day to figure out why our two furnaces and water heater had stopped working. A kind, thorough, professional guy, Reggie diagnosed the problems (frozen condensation drain lines), helped us resolve them, and gave us great advice on how to prevent our pipes from freezing in the future. He had to crawl under our porch to access our cellar, and did so with good humor. Because of his skill and professionalism, we will work with Magnolia in the future. called them at 11am and Sam, the service technician, arrived at 11:30am. Problem diagnosed and fixed by 12:30pm. Was very happy with prompt service especially when Sam called me to tell me he was on his way and would arrive within the next 20 minutes. When he showed up at my condo front door, he put on boot covers before entering. Very happy overall with their service.

Our hot and cold water pipes were underground of our recently purchased home. A leak occurred and we were advised to have the pipes moved to overhead. After a number of opinions, we chose Magnolia plumbing. In a heartbeat I'd recommend them again, in particular Pasquale Skok. He was upfront, thorough and professional. He constantly gave recommendations for our project that was completed in far less time than originally anticipated. On the second day of work, field manager Felix Salgado came by to ensure we were taken care of. My wife and I were impressed with such a top notch business, job well done!

horrible experience. We had a sink clog. Darryl came and worked for 3 hours snaking but could not fix. So far it was OK. We paid 425 and agreed he would return the next day to fix it. He did not show the next day except to say he didnt have the part has to come back again tomorrow. My husband takes off work to meet him. Darryl does not show for the entire afternoon and my husband has to repeatedly call him. He never came. This was an emergency fix and we were forced to find another way to fix it after 2 days of waiting on magnolia. I called repeatedly and was told I would get a call back, and only received one on about 3/10 attempts. We were understandbly very upset, and when speaking with a customer service woman, she was extremely rude as soon as we became frustrated and hung up on me with no call back number. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. another service came and fixed it in less than 2 hours with no timing issues.

Carlos is also very pleasant, he makes you feel like everything is going to be O.K--which it was when he finished.
