The technician Reggie came out to my house just after our scheduled appointment window, but both he and a rep Yionice called me to keep me updated on our appointment time. Reggie was nice to my senior dog and respectful of my home. He gave me the bad news that my furnace needs to be replaced, but he showed me exactly where the issue was and he was very knowledgeable. Not many plumbers have the equipment to camera a line, so Magnolia was referred to me. The technician named Pasquale came out, ran the camera line, and helped me and my plumber identify the item in the pipe, Though the price of the job was a bit expensive, he told it to me up front so there were no surprises. I'd already paid my plumber for three visits so this decision made sense. Long story short, he stayed to help as long as he could and went way over and beyond what I could've expected. With the retirement of the truly exceptional Mike Bush, I was concerned that the new generation of Magnolia Service Pros would provide average service. Not to worry! Our Service Pro this morning, another Mike, Mike F., was everything we have come to expect from Magnolia and more. Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient and with a very pleasant personality. He diagnosed the problem, repaired it and then explained to me and my college student son, in clear, concise terms the nature of the problem and how he resolved it. Very educational and helpful. All in all, a pleasant experience. And the fees charged were very reasonable especially since I had the foresight to save one of the coupons which Magnolia provides to it's customers.

Called Magnolia Plumbing Heating and Cooling for a next morning appointment to discuss a BWV installation quote. They sent an expert right out on time as planned. Humberto H. knew exactly what was wrong, had experience solving the issue, and shared the total project cost within a few minutes. I knew after the first few moments discussing my situation, I wanted Humberto H to install my new BWV. His honest and reliable technicians started quickly on the project moments after we shook hands. His team installed the BWV within two days - that was pretty amazing to even get the permits so fast. Throughout the project, Humberto provided play-by-play project details relieving any stress left after my previous flooded basement. Of course a few days after the BWV was installed, flash floods occurred in my area; however, with the excellent work performed by Humberto H and his team...I was not even worried. Reggie announced arrival, was very efficient with work, and then took the time to discuss his findings with us. He alerted us to a failing blower motor that was intermittently affecting the the condenser function. He thoroughly explained how this was related to the filling of the overflow pan in the attic and subsequent blockage of the condensate line. He really knows his stuff and cares about the customer. The actual tech was nice, but a bit abrupt, and he suggested that I could just hose down my condensing unit with water instead of him doing it...which I really didn't appreciate. I think his intention was good - just a bit hamhanded. I didn't pay the $389 for the service to then do it myself. Saeid came out to our house because we had issues with 2 different air conditioning units. He was able to quickly diagnose the problems in each of the units and was able to do the repair right away - he had all the parts in the van!
Saeid was very knowledge about our HVAC system. Answered a number of questions that I had on what can be an overwhelmingly large system in the house.
