Was very happy to be handled the same day to repair my air conditioner. Sean was very knowledgeable and business like and had the AC up and running quickly. He completed the checkup and found everything okay. I appreciated the wearing of boots over his shoes to protect my home. I am very pleased with the service and initiated a contract. The installation person was good. His support from Jennings was not so good. He had to wait an hour for the furnace to arrive and the sheet metal sent to fit from existing material to the new furnace did no fit properly. The cleanup after being finished was less than great.

Jennings heating and cooling is probably the best service provider I've ever called on. Yesterday David B responded to us in less than an hour after we called for service. I should also mention that when you call, the sweetest lady answers the phone. David was so thorough, and had our problem resolved within minutes. I'm very hesitant about trusting contractors, as we have been bitten, but I have total faith in Jennings. If I could give them 10- stars I would. Don't wait!!!!!! Call them today.

Ben came out and gave my furnace and air conditioner a good once-over. He explained the issues/concerns concisely and made his recommendations. He also explained that due to the age of my equipment that I should consider replacing them, especially since I was looking to sell my house. He saved me thousands on repairs if I had to replace them. Overall a good experience and a good company.

The two techs Jennings sent to my home to repair my air handler, which is in a very tight crawl space, got right to work on the project without hesitation and accomplished the task at hand. Andy A. and Ricky M. were very conscience of my home and protecting the carpet with plastic. When they were finished, they cleaned up all debris and took it with them so that I did not have to deal with that also.

Finally an honest and trustworthy company/technician. Ben did such a great job explaining repair options unlike past companies I've had out. I did end up deciding to replace my ac, because for the past 5 years the other 3 companies I had come out just told me it need recharged my ac and NEVER explained that it was low because it had leak. So thank you Ben for all you hard work and affordable payment options for my new ac!!

I have used Jennings Heating and Cooling for years. I recently had to replace my furnace, air conditioner and water heater. Not only were they done in one day! They left my home nice and clean, hauling all the old stuff away. Thank you Andy and Dave you guys rock!!!!

As always we were satisfied with the work done and the information given regarding the future requirements for the EPA. Thought that the charge of $272 for fixing the Refrigerant leak was rather high!!

Matt showed up promptly and started his clean, service and check on my air conditioner. He was very thorough and explained to me every repair that he made. He even had time to talk and get to know me better. Much of his repair service was done outside in a misting rain. He explained to me that I should not be power washing my A/C unit. I didn't realize that I was doing damage to it. Matt made $647 worth of repairs and then we decided that my 19 year old Heat Pump had outlived it's life of approx.15 years. He convinced me that I need to purchase a new Carrier 16.5 Seer Air Conditioner that was quite a bit more efficient than my old one (about 10 Seer). Matt explained to me that the cost of the repairs he made today and that I paid for would be used to lower the cost of the new Air Conditioner. I thought that was fair. Matt was very personable and competent at what he did. I have always used Jennings for my Heating and Cooling needs. The new A/C Unit was to be installed in a week and they call me today (3 days later) and told me they would be out tomorrow morning to do the install. Great customer service!!

Everything was excellent except for the arrival time within the window. The technician didn't arrive until 6:40 in a noon - 5:00 window. I realize things come up sometimes, but to miss a five hour window by almost two hours is inconvenient.

Our air conditioning unit felt like it wasn't cooling the air very well and we were having 90 degree weather. We were trying to sell our home and had a broker open house scheduled for the following day. I called Jennings and the company sent Ben out to service our AC unit the same day we called they were sensitive to our predicament and we really appreciated their working with us. Ben was very professional and did a great job!

The technician was on time and very professional. He did an extensive review/inventory of several appliances for future reference in case I had other issues. Their tune up included checking for leaking gas from the pipes. Our equipment is older, so I purchased the package deal that will include the heater and water humidifier in the fall. Very happy with the service.
