I just had a small electrical job done. Tim did the repair and did a safety check. Extremely happy with the service. Tim is such a personable young man and I would not hesitate to call again should I need more work done.

Matt is a phenomenal technician. He came within the scheduled time, was able to solve the issue with my furnace and offered solutions to prolong the life of my furnace. He also checked my hot water heater. He's very knowledgeable and I could tell that he really does love what he does. I was so impressed that I had to call Jennings when he left to let them know what a great technician he is.

Sean came just as arranged, calling first. He evaluated the problem carefully after I described it. Although finding nothing wrong, he provided a thorough cleaning (which had not been done) and advised me to call immediately if the problem recurred. It hasn't.

This was our first time using Jennings Heating and Air and will not be our last! From our initial contact call to saying Goodbye after the furnace was repaired the entire service call was Excellent in every way. Sean was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in plain non technical language! I highly recommend Jennings AND Sean to anyone considering using them.

Over the years have had different HVAC companies check my furnace and a/c. Switched to Jennings last year and so far very pleased. Sean was out last week to check the furnace and was extremely polite, thorough and very kind to the dogs. Getting a quote for a whole new system this week and hope I don't have an over zealous sales pitch. If the sales staff is anything like their technicians, I'm sure it will be a great experience.

Nate was awesome, he came out with an evening emergency hot water tank call and came back the next morning and installed a brand new heater.... He also gave me a refresher course on how to use my remote control gas fireplace.... Nothing but complete customer service !!

Greg was awesome. But the flat rate pricing was not a good thing. Problem was the igniter. A $25 part that took about 10 minutes to replace. To justify the ridiculous $330 charge Greg fidgeted around for about 45 minutes. Still, 45 minutes tech time and a $ 25 part...... $330???? Simply outrageous. Fair rate would have been about $150. ($ 80 service call, 15 minutes tech time on site $45 and the $ 25 part. Will not use Jennings again. The service was quick and responsive, Greg was awesome but their pricing is way out of line.

Appointment scheduled weeks in advance. My appt. slot was 7:30-9:00 am. I was told I was the very first appt. of day. At 8:15 am, I called to confirm appt. and was told someone was on the road. My husband received a at work to "verify" the appt. 10 minutes later from someone else at the company and stated that they couldn't get a hold of anyone and did we want to re-schedule? Lots of lack of communication at company and then the it was turned around on me that it was my fault.

From my first meeting with Dan in sales, I felt assured this was a great company. The results in energy cost savings are as promised and excellent. The service is prompt and courteous. The one thing I truly appreciate over all is the fact that the service techs are not always trying to sell me something I really don't need or want. I worked in sales and understand the whole "Upsell" approach. In that Jennings does not "Upsell" I feel I can trust them when I may be told I actually do need something.

Furthermore, the technicians we have had over the years [most recently, Matthew L.] have been wonderful. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly.
