I like being called when the technician is on the way. This gives me a better idea of being able to keep working until it's time. When he arrived, he put on shoe covers to protect my floors from outside dirt: nice! He was helpful, informative, thorough, besides kind and cheerful. He explained everything. Two thumbs up! Professional and courteous.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Had the technician in for annual furnace service. Gave advice on aging water heater and warning signs to look at to help determine when it should be replaced. Also, took a quick look at my humidifier to determine if it warranted servicing as well. It did not which saved me the extra cost on maintenance for that unit.

My husband and I were very happy about the workmanship and service that we received from Jennings. They installed a furnace and air conditioner in our home and we would recommend Jennings to anyone, in fact I did to my parents and they were really happy with the work and friendliness of the professionals....as were we. I hate that use the cable form of scheduling in 4 hour windows. Try to change to 2 hour windows. This is very inconvenient.

Excellent customer service from the phone to the on-site employees. Arrived when they said they would which was not the case with another company I originally called. Glad I cancelled that company and went with Jennings. Very respectful of my home and very efficient with the installation of my furnace and A/C. Did some extras without charging extra. Paid exactly what I was quoted. Would definitely recommend Jennings to anyone.

Jennings was able to come out to my home quickly, as we needed to service our HVAC as part of selling our home. I called 2 other companies who were rated well on Yelp first, because they were closer. The customer service I received over the phone with Jennings far surpassed the other companies I called. On the day we had scheduled the appointment, Jennings had several emergency calls for heating repair, but they still honored my service appointment because I told them how it important it was that this be completed. Our technician was on time, and did a great job giving me all the info I needed on our system! Cost for the visit was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend giving them a call.

Jennings has been serving my furnace and air conditioning for several years now. They have done a great job. On Nov. 18 they installed a new furnace. The technicians were quite professional. They explained what they were doing and did a great installation. They were quite careful not to make a mess and cleaned up after themselves.

Sean P. arrived on time and was very thorough and professinal as he went about his task of cleaning and checking my furnace , He explained each task he was doing and answered all questions that I had ..The electrical panel and main water line shutoff inspection was a bonus . I would not hesitate to have Sean back when my a/c unit needs inspection in the spring.

Unfortunately, the service offered and the repair quoted was VERY exorbitant. I had the same job quoted from 2 other sources for nearly half the price and found the exact same part that was needing to be replaced for $200 less than you quoted as the absolute lowest you could secure the part. Incidentally, I have decided to replace the furnace and Jennings is not on my list to even quote the job due to this approach.

I recently needed to contact Jennings regarding a furnace that had been installed at my mothers condo prior to her purchase of it, as she had passed away and I needed to sell the condo. The buyer had a concern about the condition of the furnace and its service history. Kim and Holly in the office were extremely helpful as was Matt the service tech. Jennings service was prompt, courteous, and very helpful in resolving any questions regarding The furnace. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
