My furnace stopped working late at night and it was 9 degrees outside. With a 91 year old parent at home I couldn’t tough it out till morning. One of the coldest days of the year & our furnace stopped working! I went on Google & saw all the great reviews for Jennings Heating & Cooling. I gave them a call & they had a crew come out to our house immediately! Dave & John were amazing! They totally fixed our problems the same day! Dave & John with friendly, honest & professional! Andy Cagle was the serviceman that came to work on my electric tankless hot water heater. He came late in the afternoon, which I thought he would have already been off work, but he wasn’t and he still came. Even though it was a long day for him, he was very pleasant, he worked on my water heater and didn’t rush through it or shortcut anything like other company’s have done in the past....and when he left I had hot water that stayed hot with no fluctuations! I am very happy with Jenning’s and all the servicemen they have sent for the services I needed and any installations I’ve had done. ANDY C. 01/31/18 |

Have old boiler and Jeff from Jennings came and did the annual service. I told him we have a lot of knocking. He was able top properly diagnose the issue and repair it successfully on the first try for around 250. I was a bit skeptical admittingly that this would work as I'm unfortunately used techs sometimes trying to take advantage but I'm happy to say Jeff knows his stuff and he wasn't trying to generate un-needed extra services and revenue and only focused on the issue and repaired it!
