They explained everything, inspected the furnace, water tank and electrical, made suggestions and educated me on specific aspects of each and what I would need to know in the future. I called at 7:00pm for an appointment and someone was available to talk, and someone in the office called me the next morning to schedule me. Will use again.

Dave Brown was very thorough with his work. He explained what caused the failure with our hot water tank and walked us through everything he did to get us back up and running. He also performed a furnace check afterwards and gave us recommendations to consider with that in the future. I appreciated his attention to detail and also his customer service skills. This is my 2nd time using Jennings and both have been good experiences. I tend to stress myself out a lot when I start researching company reviews for work I need done, but Jennings has definitely lived up to what I wanted and hope this review will help other like minded people in their research.

I love these guys. They have done two installations for me now, both furnace and air conditioning units and they do a superb job. My furnace quit working in the middle of winter, they were out right away and got the job done. The salesman was very nice, not pushy and the installers were e super nice, personable, friendly yet very professional. They work fast and take extra care to make sure everything is done well. I would highly recommend them.

Very positive experience with all of Jennings technicians. Very efficient and friendly people. I have confidence in this company from long term patronage. That includes the service tech who came out on a Sunday morning to temporarily replace a circuit board until the new furnace could be installed, the sales person who explained our options, and the installers who worked all day and completed the job.
