Ryan was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions concerning our fireplace, and even made suggestions for a better operating experience. He was prepared to examine all aspects of the problem with our fireplace, and carried out all diagnostics in a quick, efficient manner. Ryan was very courteous and pleasant. After finishing with the fireplace, he did a courtesy check on our furnace and hot water tank. We were very pleased with our service from Jennings, and would highly recommend them.

Woke up to a cold house Sunday Morning 2/26/2017. Called Jennings and got a service man by noon. He was very professional and had the spare part in his truck and made repairs. He also did a safety check and cleaned the burner. As an older person the cost seemed high but so is everything. I trust Jennings and will recommend them to everyone.

Ben has been to our home (at least) twice and each time he was very thorough. First, he put covers on his shoes so there's no tracking in dirt. He provides information on what he's doing while he is doing it, and he explains the diagnosis, including the costs and the level of importance in deciding what to do. There is no hard sell. He sends the invoice with the description of what he has already told me, straight to our email. I appreciate having a confusing subject being made accessible to me, the homeowner. He is very efficient and professional.

After 21 years, we just had our furnace and air conditioning unit replaced by Jennings Heating Company. About three months ago we had problems with the furnace and had the company out that we had been dealing with for the past 10 years for service and didn't like the attitude of the salesman. When we had trouble the second time, we called Jennings and were very impressed with the technician, who also came back 2 days later to explain our purchase options. We were very happy with him and bought. The installation team was courteous, explained everything, and cleaned up completely after themselves. I would highly recommend Jennings, based upon our experience.

We had an excellent experience. George was thorough and diligent in his work and explanation of how things will work. He had to install the air conditioner during a snow storm and did so without complaint. The work done to install a new furnace and AC was well done. the clean up was thorough and also well done. Our experience with Jennings both now and in the past has always been positive and we would recommend this company to anyone.

Furnace still doesn't work. I did not ask for an inspection nor his opinions. I should not have let him talk me into the humidifier cleaning- he was not pushy or anything, in retrospect I would have changed the pas myself and saved in the $60

Team was very professional and thorough. Installed a generator took the time to make sure everything was installed properly, and I was educated on my new system. I use Jennings for all my maintenance work. Excellent company.

Excellent professional service for one of my Heat and Glo gas fireplace inserts was provided by Ryan B., a highly qualified technician. I had soot appearing in my larger fireplace suddenly, and Ryan thoroughly cleaned the entire system, removing the logs, cleaning the soot off the back of the liner, checking the gas lines, cleaning and replacing the logs, carefully hand-setting more embers, and cleaning the glass. I had purchased these two fireplace inserts in 2002 from Jennings Heating and Cooling, and they were installed by them. The sale and installation was so positive and professional that they were the logical choice for this servicing. Although the smaller fireplace wasn't serviced, Ryan B. still took the time to show me how to remove the glass for cleaning. Jennings provides a very valuable complimentary gas-line service check off the clock at the end of the service call. Ryan identified two small gas leaks in my furnace and water heater shutoff valves. Thank you, Ryan and Jennings Heating and Cooling, for being so thorough and helpful and for keeping myfamily and my home safe!

The jury is still out on my most recent work. I'm not sure if the problem is resolved yet or not. We may have the wrong humidifier on the furnace which was Jennings recommendation at the time of install of new furnace. That may not be the case. I don't know yet.

We have been customers of Jennings for many many years. We have always had "above and beyond" service and every tech who has checked our furnace and air conditioning has been extremely thorough, professional, and helpful. Through his keen observation, our recent technician noted a gas leak with our hot water tank that would have possibly been deadly, had it gone undetected. Thanks to his expertise, the problem was handled immediately and the hot water tank replaced, thus avoiding a very serious situation. We are grateful for this young technician and for this amazing company. The honesty and integrity of JENNINGS is superior!

Heat going out in the middle of a cold spell can be ones worst nightmare. having an older furnace I could have easily taken advantage of but this didnt happen. Both Steve as well as Dustin were complete Gentlemen. Their spirit for the job that was before them wasn't rushed. They took their expertise to the limit. We had two days of projects completed this week by Jennings Heating and were VERY satisfied with the work on both of them! Three people from Jennings were involved: Nick, Dustin and Tim. Each was very competent and all were hard workers. They took pride in their work and did a very good job. There was a great deal of transit in and out of our house in poor weather and with much equipment; they were unfailingly careful to protect our floors and property and to keep the work space and transit areas clean. On top of all that they were considerate and personable. I will certainly be recommending Jennings Heating again in the future based on our exceptional experience with them this week!

The first Sean installed my aprilaire incorrectly. The second Sean was able to identify and fix the problem created by the 1st Sean. We paid a lot of $$ for poor workmanship. I could recommend Sean 2.
