Our experience was amazing. Obviously we did not want to do an entire new heating/cooling system right now. Jennings made us feel comfortable with their knowledge the entire time. From Sean who came out to look at our old furnace and Dan who quoted out our new system, to David and Dustin who installed our new AC/Furnace. We had some duct issues that they also took care of. Would definitely recommend Jennings!

Jennings came out a bit later than I had expected for the "first call of the day"...11:30 am or so, but their service was impeccable and I really appreciated my guy who arrived from Jennings to do the work. Sean P. was polite, knowledgeable, explained to me what was wrong with my AC system, and took care of the problem in the least-costly way possible. He could have told me that the problem was the worst of the 3 scenarios he posited was the problem, and how would I have been the wiser to know that he was not telling the truth? Instead the scenario turned out to be the least expensive of the problems he had outlined and I was grateful for his honesty. Sean also told me of a decent deal they have for two tune-ups a year and I did buy that service, which dropped my service call by 50% for the visit! After some pretty bad to downright atrocious service I've had with 2 other local HVAC providers, Jennings came out smelling like a rose and I'd definitely recommend them for others who need quality work done and are tired of flakey and non-professional HVAC companies. I'm sticking with them from now on. Thanks, Jennings!

Sean did a good job servicing my air conditioner. I trust him. I thought the cost of the refrigerant was high. He explained the reason. I'm 86 and on a fix income. I 'm A Korean war vet, so the vet clinic is were I go for health reasons. That helps out.

Jennings has always done good work for me. I've been using them for 30 years. Their technitions have always been very knowledgeable and friendly. Good work at a fair price. They installed our new construction in 1988 and have installed new A/C and furnace since then, plus annual maintenance. Highly recommend them.

This AC unit is only 2 years old and has not worked correctly for 2 years in a row now. I understand that it is under warranty, but the whole idea of getting a new AC unit was to not have to worry about it. Now I have to wait for parts to be ordered to see if that fixes the issue of it not running. This is not what you expect when purchasing new equipment.

From the very start with the comfort expert Dan they came in and explained and recommeded the proper equipment needed for my house. Never tried to oversell the product or add any unnessary add one. George V was very professional and the work was outstanding in every regard. He looked out for every detail and made sure that everything was perfect to the very end. The entire Jennings crew were very respectful of our house and cleaned up inside and out better then they found it. Great company all around.

Having a bit of trouble with our air conditioner brought the nicest young men to our home. Both Dave & Dustin (Jennings technicians) were the most knowledgeable & experienced young men ever. Not only did they thoroughly take care of the problem, but they informed us that our hot water heater was soon to give trouble. We appreciated the warning & took their advice. We can now feel good in knowing we have a cool, comfortable home with plenty of hot water.

I was impressed from the beginning of the purchasing process to the final clean up of the install. Nick and Steve were very professional and extraordinary during the install process. Every detail was looked after from the precise layout of the line set, draining lines, furnace and AC install to sweeping up the entire area and explaining the equipment to me. They even went as far as removing a bush from the AC install area and placing at the curb for trash pickup. I felt as if they did the same quality job as if they were working on their own families homes

Felt taken advantage of. But this is a great company and they have worked with me on stuff before so it evens out I guess.
