I have had Jennings do all the work on my furnace & air conditioner. Their service is wonderful. It was easy to get an appointment. The tech was on time, and very polite. He was very knowledgeable. I had a pretty badly plugged up series of drain pipes in my AC so I called these guys because the previous homeowner had used them. Easy to schedule and they even had someone in the area who was available hours earlier than my appointment time, which was great because I was home just waiting for them anyway.
Dave B. was knowledgeable, courteous, and quick to find and fix the problem. He made sure I understood everything I was paying for and even clued me into upcoming EPA changes that will affect my system in the next few years. Pricing seems reasonable to me and Dave had a handy credit card swiper for his iPad so paying couldn't have been easier. Count me as a satisfied customer! DAVE B. 08/08/17 |

We had Jennings Heating and Cooling install a new home a/c and furnace. They (Nick, Dustin, and company) arrived on time; were courteous; and went about their work in a very professional manner. Dustin was very pleasant and answered all our questions, making sure we understood everything from what was installed, to the new thermostat, and letting us know how to go about registering online to be able to get the app for our phone. a bit pricey for my service considering i paid the $80 fee for diagnosis and then was charged an additional $160 for a $4 fuse.
I know you have to make money but this leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Best decision I've made since I bought my house. Tim was the tech that came to our house, and we were beyond impressed and satisfied with his work. He was on time, efficient, cleaned up his workspace, personable, and the list could go on with so many positives. Aside from the obvious quality of work and professionalism, was the reasonable cost of their services. While not the cheapest, you get what you pay for, and peace of mind is exactly what we purchased. I would not hesitate to hire Jennings and have Tim do work at our house in the future. What initially started as a simple email inquiry on my end for service, ended with Jennings being the first vendor to call me back. They then set up an almost immediate on site, pressure free quote and the rest is history. You've earned my business for the foreseeable future Jennings and Tim. Job well done. Could not be happier.
