Greg was on time and very informative while he was working on my furnace. He informed me the price of the pieces that need to be changed out and also looked at my air conditioner while he was here. He informed me that both of the furnace and air conditioner or 21 years old. I look forward to working with Jennings as I use them to replace my furnace and air conditioner. I’ve been very please with the service I’ve had thus far.

I was a little hesitant on how involved the install would be since I had my elderly Mother at home and wanted to keep her comfortable. When Dave introduced himself he was very professional and reassuring as to how the install would be done from removal of old equipment and install of new. Once job was completed, you couldn't tell they had been there except we had a brand new furnace. This was the best experience ever!

This is the second time Andy was to my home for the annual check up for my new boiler. He is always respectful and helpful. He took time to program my thermostat for me as I could not read it well. I got the new boiler 4 years ago and it was a good choice for me. My gas bill has been lowered $35.00 a month (I'm on a budget plan) and now my 100 year old home is heated more evenly than it had in the 37 years I have lived here.

Cannot express how disappointed I was when I was informed that the Jennings price to fix one small gas leak was $251. No negotiation. $251. This makes me question Jennings pricing on all other services. I cannot emphasize enough how disturbed I am by your pricing standard for gas leaks.

Jennings HVAC is a great company, who truly understands how to treat their customers. Their service is an excellent value for the price of the annual contract and what I most appreciate is the fact that the tech does not try to sell me hundreds of dollars of things I really do not need.

Cold weather was just around the corner and we needed our commercial warehouse furnaces serviced. This is no small task because they are suspended at least 15 feet above the floor. I sent an email to the President of Jennings Heating and had a rapid, professional response. The service department was notified and called to say that a technician would be there the following day. At the precise time, Ben, the technician arrived. He was cordial and courteous, a skilled and experienced tech, who immediately diagnosed the problems. By early afternoon, the furnaces were working properly. I say it this way, "HVAC need, done right with speed? Jennings, indeed!"

My furnace was making grinding sounds, and shutting off in the middle of the night. I recently purchased my home, and a general inspector told me that my furnace was old, and that I would need a new one soon. Ben came out to my house, and was very professional from the start. I took his time, and did a very thorough inspection of my furnace. When he finished, he gave me all of my options. In my case, it seemed that the best option was to get a new furnace. Again, he took his time, and helped me through the process. I am very excited, and can't wait to get my new furnace. Thanks Ben, and Thanks Jennings!!!!

After he left that night when I was taking a shower I didn't have no hot water he must have turned the gas off going to the hot water tank and I had to go down 1112 at night and try to relight water heater this is the second time this has happened it happened to time before

I was extremely disappointed in the service. I know a little bit about this and the bill was over $400 while a replacement part is available for under $50. I understand the premium on Sunday service and the fact that the parts aren't readily available, but that's ridiculous in that I diagnosed (correctly) the problem before the service provider arrived and if part shops were open, I could have fixed it myself for under $50 and about 30 minutes of time. We've always used Jennings, but that's going to change. To make it worse, he tried to upsell us a service plan and really couldn't explain it all. Everyting was fine until I saw the crazy price on the bill and the extremely poor attempt at an upsell on the service contract. I'm extremely disappointed. He was spurting out different numbers and was hesitant to tell me the service charge was monthly (it's on the promotion pamphlet!!!!). I felt like I was buying a "lemon" used car at the end of the transaction and he seemed very uncomfortable as well. Seemed like a really nice guy, but it's almost like he knew he had ripped me off (no words were spoken, but the awkwardness could have been cut with a knife). We'll be looking at a new furnace in a few years and I'll make it a point to avoid Jennings. I don't know what has changed over the years, but you're not like you used to be.

This is the first time I have felt Jennings was trying to sell me rather than do what was just required. Was a part needed, maybe, but the service seems to have definitely changed, and I purchased a whole house air conditioner not long ago with the utmost service.
