Kelly inspected my furnace today. Very professional and did not try to pull anything over on me as previous technicians have done. He answered all of my questions and found out that my old paper filters fit this furnace, saving me money. So glad I decided to sign up for Homesmart. I know that I will have a warm and safe winter. This is the second time Steven helped us for our yearly service. He is very thorough, takes time to make sure we have a good filter schedule, let us know when CO2 detectors should be checked and replaced. I called HomeSmart to checkout the old air conditioner in the place I bought a year ago. It was not worth repairing so I asked for an estimate on a new one. Jeremy McNew was very knowledgable and a great communicator. I totally understood what was needed without having to spend a fortune. Chris and Berto were my installers. James and Luis arrived on time and immediately put down protection for the stairs and carpet. electrician about 10 AM. Their supervisor arrived about 11:30AM. The new furnace was completely installed by 4:15PM. They cleaned up the area where they worked and showed me how to use our new thermostat. They were all very polite and I felt that the installation was better than our last one that was only done by one person. I would highly recommend Homesmart to anyone. I had my furnace repaired by Kelly from Homesmart. He arrived on time and quickly determined the control board needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and delivered in less than a day. He came back and quickly had the furnace repaire He also replaced the old thermostat. He did a great job! I give Kelly 5 stars for excellent service. I called Homesmart three weeks ago and a Customer Service Rep told me I had to wait three weeks for an appointment even though my furnace would not turn on and it was cold outside. I found out they do have emergency service and I should have had an appointment sooner. Customer Service should be aware Homesmart provides emergency appointments. Kelly M. 10/19/17 |

I've been a long time customer with HomeSmart and I just recently had a pretty big job done where 3 guys came out to install a new Furnace and A/C. The guys were James V, Chris K and Berto C. and they were the best!!! They were all very friendly and professional. They took time to answer all my questions (throughout the day) and I did have a lot.
To have the experience that I did throughout the entire process I really couldn't ask for anything more.
Barry H was the first service guy who came out to service my Furnace which led to me meeting Jeremy M. who is a consultant with HomeSmart. He went over all my options in regards to purchasing/financing my new "items" for my condo.
Everybody deals with all kinds of different "service people" all day long for all different reasons and I know from my own experience that it's very rare to have such great things to say about ALL the men that helped and informed me throughout my process and all I can say is I'm extremely happy and THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING. ON OCTOBER.9th,2017 My family was happy to have three great guys to come out and install our furnace, they were very professional. We got the call before they came over from Luis Sanchez. Luis was with two other guys Chris & Berto. The Jackson Family is very pleased with the outcome. We had our furnace replaced today by James V., Berto C. And Chris K. who work for Homesmart from Xcel Energy and they did a great job. After they were done, James V. explained how to work the new thermostat, showed us the new furnace and pipes plus everything they did. They worked very cleanly so we had no cleanup to be done once they finished. All the fellows were very friendly and introduced themselves. We were quite pleased with their service.
