Our furnace started making a very loud noise last night, like an old wash machine off balance. Needless to say, the furnace was turned off, thus the A/C went off. On the two hottest days so far this year, with asthmatics in the House. Holbrook came out and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Awesome job and highly recommended.

Everyone, from staff to field, from executive to front-line employees, is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and personable. We have been Holbrook Heating customers for 11 years and have been very pleased with the service they have provided for us. We had a new ****** Furnace and a ******** white water tank installed on 5/24/2018. Holbrook was able to install on the day I requested to make it easier on me on my day off. The installation representatives Owen and Jamey did an excellent job even with difficulties of drilling 3 holes out the side of my 1860's house with very thick beams. We had a recirculating pump failure the evening of 5/20. This of course affects both heating an AC. Called Holbrook the next morning and Nick was on site by 9:30, and the problem was resolved by 11:00. We went with Holbrook since they had performed a complete heat exchanger replacement several years ago on time and under the rather complex estimate. I would recommend and have recommended Holbrook to anyone. Nick was familiar with our system and correctly diagnosed the problem in less than a minute. A second fine experience with Holbrook.
