Holbrook workmen cut through the wrong floorboards which wasn't as serious as cutting into water pipes which fortunately were turned off. Worse was they left the pipes that way and didn't tell anyone. Fortunately prior to turning water back on my contractor found issue. I called Holbrook and someone went out to the house but they didn't' get back to me about what the solution was going to be. I will have to pay the cost of repairs. We have only played phone tag. Extreme amount of work to reconfigure new system to old system location and ducting! I had a great experience with Holbrook Heating recently. My oil burner quit working. The technician determined it would be in my best interest to get a new unit. My existing boiler was 27 yrs. old. I appreciated his honesty and expertise. The salesman was called to my home who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The next day the installers came with my new Lennox boiler. First tried Holbrook last year for furnace servicing. Was so impressed that I've switched all my units over to be serviced by them. They also finished an install from a contractor that I fired. They reviewed the work, suggested improvements and did a great job without overcharging. I had a complete overhaul of my HVAC system. I purchased an oil furnace and an A/C unit for my central air. So far, the furnace has been great. Much more quiet than old unit and seems to be more energy efficient. I believe that the A/C will perform equally as well.

Had a new boiler installed and couldn't be happier! I went from a 60+ year old boiler to a brand new Lennox. The representative Asa that came to talk with us was great, he told us everything about what they had to offer, what was included in the furnace install that we purchased, he was very up front and honest about everything. We also had another estimate from a competitor, it was higher, it was for a less efficient furnace and we had to beg for everything we would get. I would highly recommend Holbrook to anyone who ask for a reference, they are an excellent team of people to work with. We will use them again for updates in our home.
