Holbrook Heating came to our rescue! Our furnace's inducer motor blew out late on Thursday night and we had a competitor come to service it mid-day Friday. The competitor told us they couldn't get the part until Monday or maybe Tuesday, and seemed to care less that we'd be without heat for several days...all while the tech behaved rather disrespectfully, even kicking our furnace with his boot at one point! Never having worked with Holbrook before, I took a chance and called their office to see if they had the part we were told we needed. The dispatcher took down our model details, and a few minutes later called me right back with a yes! A couple of hours later, and their techs had us back up and running. Our assigned techs, Dan Corrice and Mike Lindley, were both knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They explained what they were doing every step of the way, and treated us and our home with the utmost of respect. What a difference working with Holbrook! Not only did they help us out in a bind, but the little things made a big impact, like calling when on their way, taking off their shoes at the door, and an attitude of helpfulness and compassion. John arrived on time for our appointment as scheduled the previous week with Holbrook
Heating.John explained the efficiency of the Mitsubishi air conditioning cooling system
to us vs central air.We were so impressed with his experience and knowledge of heating
and cooling systems that we deceided to go with the Mitsubishi Air conditioning system.
There was absolutely no pressure from John during and after his presentation.John provided
the facts we needed to make our decision.
We are not only a Home Depot consumer,we are a stock holder as well.We have always had a
