From my initial request for a consultation, the dealer was knowledgeable, courteous and professional! The actual consultation appointment with Mitch was so impressive that we decided to proceed with the sales order without consulting with any other competitors! The installation team that came out was also extremely knowledgeable and polite and took the time to consult us on anything that came up regarding the installation as it was being completed as well as to fully review the installation and system upon completion. We called for an estimate and within a week they had it installed. Everyone we dealt with from the guy who did the estimate, billing, to installers were very friendly and helpful. I was referred to this company via The Home Depot and I'm sure glad this is who they choose to represent them in my area. My air conditioner was no longer working and my furnace was over 20 years old, so I felt is was best to upgrade. I got several estimates and utimately with was the best company to work with.
Everyone I worked with was very friendly and incredibly helpful. They offered me the best package deal and ensured I got all the available incentives. The installers were awesome. They were timely, very polite, and made sure I fully understood my new system. Now I'm anxious for it to get cold so I can try out my new furnace complete with humidifier. I used them recently to remove a old oil furnace and install a brand new Lennox LP furnace. I have to admit the job was very well done.The two gentleman that did the instal were informative and willing to achieve not only the job but with my opinion heard as well. They came in with the best estimate out of the 4 companies that I surveyed. Lowe's was almost 2x the cost. They were done in less than a day. Holbrook Heating installed a new furnace in our home a little over a month ago. The 98% efficient Lennox furnace is fantastic - it's quiet and, with its variable operating heat and fan speed, keeps our home very comfortable. The Holbrook guys were top notch. Our installation took two days. The guys called each day to confirm their arrival time and actually arrived ready to work at the scheduled time. The installation was clean, neat, plumb, and square - the workmanship was outstanding and done as if the guys were working on their own homes. Everything was broom-swept and vacuumed and not a bit of trash remained following completion of the work. Beyond the work, the guys were friendly, knew their product, and walked us through everything we needed to know or had questions about. I would recommend our installation team to anyone. My initial concult with Lyle Schultz with Holbrook heating Inc. was extremely positive. He answered all my questions and we seem to hit it off. The people who gave the quote and those who did the install were very professional. I had no major concerns with their work ethic or professionalism. I received a quote just minutes after they did the initial evaluation which is very different from what many competitors do. Their exposure through Home Depot is a smart business decision, I just wish that those who work in the store were better informed. I was pleased with the salesman who came to provide an estimate. He was knowledgeable about the product for the most part. He did say, however, that my unit would only need to be serviced if we were having a problem with it. The installers, when they arrived, told me something entirely different. They said that in order to keep the 10 year warranty of the product intact, we would need to have it serviced every two years at minimum. I'm not at all upset about the need to have it serviced, but I feel that the salesman should have provided that information. The installers also had to cut three holes in our ceiling to run the line for the A/C unit, and the patch on one of those holes was a little messy. The cover for the hole doesn't fit exactly right and hangs down from the ceiling just a bit. It isn't horrible, but it definitely doesn't look right because it isn't flush. They also left a lot of dirty smudgy marks on the ceiling where they made and covered these holes. A little clean-up / wiping would have gone a long way. The salesman assured us that the hole on the exterior of our house to run the line would be patched, but in all reality, it wasn't. It's still a hole in our house. I think the salesman needs to have more information about installation and product useage/care in order to provide the customer with the accurate information upfront. Upon learning we needed a new furnace the service man form Holbrook was able to identify and explain the reasons why. He quickly connected us to his representative who offered options and advice pertaining to our needs. Installation was promised and delivered with in a few days. The installers were on time, courteous and willing and able to answer our questions as they went along.

We really did call our representative, John Stanton any time of the day to ask him questions about our new gas furnace and then later for our central air installation. He was always professional and courtesy. He allowed us time to save up the funds for the central air installation. He helped us plan out the future installation of our gas products such as a gas dryer and gas range. John also arranged for our old oil tank to be taken out of the house. The installation was flawless. The end results were immediately noticed, the cost for heating our home went down, the air was cleaner and my wife says the house isn't as dusty any more. He have now painted our basement walls and floor along with all the other rooms in the house. Lennox and Holbrook may be the reason why our health has improved. Thank You. Holbrook Heating has installed a new furnace (Lennox SLP98 on an emergency basis last December) and a companion central A/C system (XC25) at my home within the last year. The systems are controlled via an iComfort thermostat. In both cases, Holbrook was prompt with performing estimates, installations, and start-up. This company is top natch . we had a slight problem after they hooked up our central air, which by the way was the cheapest we could find. After we had the slight problem I called they came out that day located problem and then they stayed that day until they had fixed the problem and it was all good.

The dealer worked with us to select a system that was good quality and would generate rebates and tax credits without trying to oversell us. We bought an LP furnace, a heat pump, coil, media filter, and Wifi thermostat. The installers were very neat, careful, and professional. We had a little difficulty with the Lennox rebate as the invoice provided didn't have all the information required. We also are still trying to get clarification about a local building code issue. The guys who came to install my central air unit were very nice and answered all my questions. They showed up on time and overall did a good job installing the unit. However, the one drilling through the bottom of my trailer to run the lines accidentally drilled an unnecessary hole up through the bathroom floor & wall. He patched it and felt bad about it. We signed up for a free in-home estimate for central air conditioning at a local store. The salesman who came to our home, from Holbrook, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the air conditioning system. He was not high-pressure. He arranged for a convenient instillation date. The two men who came to put the unit in were also very friendly and made sure everything was running properly before leaving.
The unit stopped working a few days after instillation because of a problem with our furnace. The serviceman from Holbrook came quickly and fixed the problem.

The dealer called me the day prior to the install to let me know what time the techs would be at my house. The day of the install the techs called me to verify the time once again. When they showed up everything was organized and they worked quietly. After the unit was running they went through the whole system and explained everything that they had installed.

From the original contact with Holbrook Heating, through the installation, I was very pleased with the degree of professionalism displayed. They were concerned with making sure I understood my options, as well as the finances involved. The installation technicians showed up when they said they would, they were extremely neat, and completed the job (Replacement of central a/c compressor and air handler) in much less time than they originally said. Mitch our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful to our concerns and questions. Harry and Tim our installers were very professional and courteous. They explained every thing they were going to be doing, and answered any questions we had. They cleaned up every thing after they were through taking out the old furnace and putting in the new one. They programmed the thermostat for us just the way we wanted it, and told us how to make changes if we wanted to. The whole experience we had with this company was fantastic.
