Everything was excellent. It was first time we'd used Holbrook, recommended by the agent who sold us this house. He called ahead to say slightly behind schedule, and came during the 2 hr frame we'd been given when we booked the call with Holbrook's. Scott listened carefully to our problems with the A/C and had several well explained adjustments to suggest, not just to reduce the noise but also to run the system more efficiently, and did some. Gave time for extra questions. He suggested doing seasonal cleaning now, and postponing work on the ducts to two too warm rooms. He will initiate a call from the office. I am very pleased with all the work I've had done by Holbrook. Most recently I had a Lennox AC installed. The men were very nice, answered any and all my questions and were very neat and courteous. I've dealt with Holbrook for over 25 years and have been very satisfied. Two furnaces, oil and gas and now the AC. I would recommend the company based on my experience. Cole was here this a.m. to install a new furnace. Holbrook installed our second furnace 13 years ago. This was our third .. Cole was a delight to have in our home, and treated our very light beige, newly installed, wall to wall carpeting with the utmost respect by removing his work shoes every time he came in and went out to his truck. We have a Stringer home in *******'s Village, and our basement is quite unique. To get to it you have to go into our second bedroom, open the closet door, and lift a portion of the floor up, and go down several steps to a basement with a very low ceiling. It was a very hot day, and Cole was down there for several hours. This was no easy job, but he always had a smile, and did an excellent job for us. Eric....the technician who came to my home on an AC service call did a GREAT job. He went above and beyond in diagnosing the problem, explaining it to me and fixing the problem....all during the extreme heat spell a couple of weeks ago. After an initial review of the system, he exercised caution in trying to further diagnose the problem, and called in Scott (since we had already had the Fire Department at the House!). I had my AC installed 7/11/18 and I have to say that both technicians were not only experienced, but courteous ,answered any and all questions I asked. The whole experience was vey nice. I've dealt with Holbrook for about 25 years and have no complaints. From the office women to the techs that come to my house. I would happily recommend the company. Holbrook installed our furnace almost 10 years ago. Whenever we've needed service, the technicians and customer service reps have been professional and friendly. Most recently Kyle arrived on time, troubleshot and fixed the problem in roughly 30 minutes. Cleanup took a few minutes more.
