We have our furnace or our A/C unit inspected yearly, and the service man is always professional , through and arrives in a timely manner. In fact, today I received a call askingif I minded that the tech arrived earlier than scheduled. Ted arrived a few minutes later, and had the inspection completed within the hour. Jan 10,2018 at 6am I called holbrook heating inc. i got their answering service and told her my problem with my ****** boiler furnace which is a Model (******). They got to the house by 9am. Fixed the problem and gave me some ideas on how to improve my heating system. Bronson the serviceman was just great and informative on how my system works and answered any question i had. Kyle showed up on a snowy evening to service our Hot water paseboard boiler system. He got right to work discovering several issues that was causing the system to shut down. Within 30 minutes he had our system up and running - then spent some additional minutes to do some PM work on it.. Great Service and fair pricing ! He assessed the boiler's problem and coached us on how to use hairdryers to warm heating pipe locations that he suspected were frozen. We have recently chosen Holbrook to take care of our air conditioning and heating needs. When our furnace was not running properly, they were here within the day, respectful and sought out others to help remediate the situation. Just moved into Manlius, NY and had a furnace issue (no heat). Issue first appeared in September, called Holbrook and they sent someone right over to repair the issue. Unfortunately, the part installed was not the right one, so the issue returned just this week (Dec 2). They sent another repair tech (Joey B) on Sunday. Joe was awesome ! Not only recognized the incorrect part (wrong voltage ignitor switch), but then proceeded to inspect and clean the entire unit. Holbrook then realized that this follow up visit was the result of the incorrect part (from the previous service) and waved the entire service charge! Yesterday I had the good fortune to meet Eric L**** an employee of Holbrook Heating who repaired my furnace. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing, possible causes of the problem and quickly determine what was the issue and fixed it.
