Holbrook heating installed a ********** split fin AC/heating unit at our 100 year old camp. We have had excellent communication and coordination with the staff at Holbrook. Beginning with our Salesman Jeff M to find the perfect solution that accommodates our site conditions. Shannon K coordinated our building permit application and inspections, and provided details on the unit specs and kept us informed during the entire process. Our installers Dan and Dante worked with us to situate the inverters and the condenser unit to our satisfaction, and answered all our questions on how the units function. The whole team works very well together to come up with solutions even in antiquated settings. They arrived on time and cleaned up their work areas. I highly recommend them for a job well done. Dave P, called me to tell me he was coming. There was a text with his photo and he came in uniform. These elements are important to me for security.
He was polite and kind. Poor Dave had to deal with some gross insects in my crawl space where my furnace is located. We had a few nervous laughs.
I am a new homeowner so I asked Dave to explain to me what he did and how I can keep my furnace in good condition. He kindly obliged me.
He let me know some additional logistics and was on his way.

On or about 8/23/2029 I had routine maintenance done on two separate AC/Heating units purchased from Home Depot in 2013 and 2016 and installed and maintained by Holbrook Heating. I had prepared for the visit by sending Holbrook a detailed description of a failure to start of the north AC unit. By the sound of it, this now seven year old Lennox model C33-25B-2F-6 unit should be in top condition, especially after Kyle from Holbrook installed a new Lennox AC unit mid 2015. Well, the unit still sputters to start and takes about three tries before it kicks off the cooling process. My other identical Lennox AC unit never does anything of the sort. So I’m clear something is wrong. It is about these sputtering sounds that I provided Holbrook audios about. I figured they might know what the issue was, and with plenty of time before my 8/‘19 appointment, they would come prepared to fix the issue. It didn’t happen. The technician said he never got the information and he was only there to perform routine maintenance on two furnaces and two Ac units. The only follow up I got on my concerns was a request for feedback, so here it is. My next stop is Lennox, with a copy of this review and a request for a recommendation for another representative who can actually solve the problem and fix the unit before it’s irreparably damaged. My serviceman was Phil and He did an excellent job performing my annual maintenance check. He was courteous, expert, informative and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of my central a/c system which had been previously installed by Holbrook Heating Inc. I needed service yesterday because my furnace wasn’t working. I started it manually at least five times. The technician, Kim D****, was worth waiting for. He knew exactly what to look for and tested all the areas that could’ve been the trouble. He isolated the problem and at the moment we are enjoying heat without worrying that the furnace might turn off. I recommend Holbrook heating very much. I called Holbrook to check over my high-efficiency gas furnace in my recently purchased 14-year-old home. Vinny and Jade did a great job with the installation of our new air conditioning. They were both courteous, efficient, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable.
