He was on time that was given me by the company. He listened to what I had to say about the problem with the furnace and what I did to try to correct the problem before he arrived. He checked out the furnace and corrected every thing that he found. My wife and myself are pleased that he told us about future problems and he ordered parts for the future that will help our furnace last longer. Thank you for getting us heat the morning. Ted came out to clean and do preventative maintenance on my central AC and did an outstanding job of showing me what he was doing and explained it to me.. of which I appreciated very much! We had our annual service on our 6 year old Mitsubishi Ductless a/c performed by Dan C. He did a thorough and complete service and was more than willing to answer any questions. Dan C. was the technician who came to the house to provide annual service maintenance to our furnace, A/C unit and on demand hot water heater. While he was working on the furnace he discovered that there was a crack in the inducer motor unit that was leaking water. He explained all of my options and found a replacement part in town. He went and purchased the part and replaced the unit. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and I will continue to use them for my annual maintenance. Dan C. 04/25/18 |

Had my old central air system replaced. Holbrook team was tremendous. Respectful and addressed all my questions. A J & Thorne were very professional. They were here two & half days. Thoroughly went through entire system with me. Removed old system and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend Holbrook Heating. Still waiting for a response about a promised refund I was told I would get that ended up not being available from the gas company. We have had Holbrook Heating for over 10 years for installion of a furnace, high efficiency hot water tank and maintenance on these items as well as our central A/C unit. Scott was out most recent technician. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and informative. A real pro. He cleaned our air cleaner and furnace and advised us on a RGF unit that cleans the air and helps prevent allergies. We will be installing this unit soon. Scott you are always welcome in our home. When I bought my home 12 years ago I had a problem with my boiler so I called a heating company, they made the problem worst. I searched through the yellow pages and came across Holbrook Heating, I explained my problem to them, they said, they would have to send a technician out to actually diagnosis the boiler, needless to say that has been 12 years a new boiler and a new central air. We had regular service on our furnace last week which revealed a major issue with an 18 year-old furnace. The recommendation was to replace the unit (The most cost effective path). Within 2 days we had an estimate and were scheduled for the replacement work. Did not complete three items discussed:
1) did not place support straps to expansion tank as discussed
2) did not cap old exhaust pipe as stated
3) DID NOT FIX LEAK IN PIPE WITH ZONE VALVE SUCCESSFULLY AS THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD . Their multiple attempts were unsuccessful. I suspect the line wasn’t drained and disassembled when attempting to repair leak. 03/04/18 |
