Holbrook has been very patient and has worked hard to take care of my concerns with my air conditioning and heating. Today the service men replaced the board in the furnace. I have to say that the servicemen are always very polite, most helpful and determined to take care of any problem. The people in the office are equally helpful and encouraging. Came exactly within the window predicted. Immediately fixed the A/C, then was clean and respectful cleaning and testing the boiler. Tim Bull from Holbrook Heating came to replace a pipe on our furnace, clean the furnace and to do regular maintenance on our air conditioning units. The office called us and said he might be a little early for our appointment. He indeed was a little early.. Nice to have someone show up when they are supposed to and not have to wait and hang around all day only to have them not show up with out a call. He examined the units in our home and then cleaned and replaced furnace pipe. He was courteous, knowledgeable and above all tidy. Working on furnaces can be quite messy. I have many pieces of hand painted porcelain and he was so respectful of these and our other pieces in our home. It was a pleasure to deal with him and as always Holbrook Heating. They are the very best. Tim as well as Holbrook are very customer orientated. Thank you again Tim for fixing everything for us and thank you Holbrook for selling us such a superior product and most of all for always being there if service is needed. There isn't any need to go elsewhere when you have Holbrook Heating in your area.

I was almost set to spend over $5k for a new furnace because my current (and over 25 year history with) HVAC company stated I needed a new blower motor with module that would cost almost $2k. Mine was a routine appointment for maintenance of my air conditioner. I was impressed by several things. The communication from the office to me when making the appointment, reminding me, and notifying me of the arrival time of the technician was excellent, both by phone and e-mail. Very nice and friendly staff individual. Technician was on time, friendly, courteous, and informative about each step of the maintenance and paying the bill. Daniel was a little late arriving, but I assume he spent some extra time that was required to assist his previous appointment customer.
Daniel got right to work, realized he had much to do (the furnace was old and had not been serviced recently by the previous home owner), and still managed to finish on time and on budget for the call.
He got the furnace operating properly again, and he detailed what needs or mid-term problems must, in time, be addressed.
At my request, he prepared an estimate to convert to a high efficiency natural gas furnace from our ancient fuel oil-burner.
