Barney was incredibly helpful in diagnosing our AC unit and walking through the best options for us. After receiving an outrageous quote to replace our AC unit(and furnace which didn't need to be replaced immediately) from another vendor, we knew we needed a second opinion. I called a day ago with a question regarding a Mitsubishi unit. I was previously scheduled for service on 6/6.
