Holbrook is the only place to go for heating and air conditioning. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional. They do the job right at a fair price. Today we needed to get our current a/c working again until Holbrook can install the new one we ordered from them. Our technician was Eric L****, who described himself as just a repairman. He wasn't JUST anything. He got the old machine running and wrote up our order for the new one. He was a pleasure to work with and we are extremely satisfied. Eric L**** and Holbrook are first-rate. Our AC stopped working on this hot afternoon but a call to the answering service brought a quick call back from the dispatcher and within two hours the tech was here and had the problem fixed in 15 minutes. A capacitor that had tested OK five days earlier at our annual maintenance call had failed. The tech got a new one from his truck, put it in and we were back in service. From the initial phone call to the Technician who resolved my AC problem was seamless. I called Holbrook Heating and AC service since they were the Company that installed my heating/AC unit, and my AC wasn’t cooling. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and very accommodating. She had someone to come out at 1:00. The knight in shining armor came to my rescue. Lol . Dustin was the technician. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Tim did an excellent job and the rain did not stop him from being timely in the repair. He took time to show me how to remove the unit cover inside the sun room and clean the filters. Additionally, he explained how to properly set the control unit effectively circulates the air. Further, he recommended the outside unit be services and cleaned which will be scheduled in the fall. Reise and his crew did a great job installing my central air. They were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They all worked as a team. They told me it would take two days to put in and it only ended up taking one day. He answered all my questions. They even made sure they cleaned up the debris that was left. We had our yearly maintenance appointment today for our Mitsubishi air conditioning unit. The service tech arrived as scheduled, identified himself and was very courteous and an expert in the service of our A/C. He was very attentive and answered any question I had regarding the cleaning or servicing that he was performing. Daniel was also meticulous regarding the area where he was working, by covering the floor area in case of any overspray. Thank you Daniel Corrice for a job well done!
