Michael L was the tech. He showed up on a 90 degree day,because my air cond. was not working. he found the problem went and got the part that needed to be replaced, fixed it and the cond. started working. We had Scott as our Licensed Technician today, 6/28/19. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He handled all the work with a smile, and was not phased by some of the surprises that reared their ulgy heads. He was GREAT, and I and my fiance highly recommend him. He alleviated all of our concerns. He explained what was happening and how he would correct it, and he did. Exceptional job. One of the BEST!!!! Thank you so much Scott.
