Trina was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She went right to work and worked neatly and cleanly, which I really appreciate. My only problem is with her company vehicle - tires that were "illegal" as they wouldn't stop someone from hydroplaning and the left front tire had cords showing! We were really worried that she would make it back to home base with that vehicle - not safe for her OR other drivers on the road. It was a pleasure to have Dan do the necessary work today to get my A/C back up and running at peak performance. The first thing he did was introduce himself with a smile and ask if I would like him to remove his shoes, I appreciate that. He spoke of how much he enjoys working for Holbrook. That really showed in his work. He quickly found what was causing the leaking on my basement floor. He explained the advantages and benefits of buying a new condensation pump but let me know I could keep the current one hooked up but it could go down at any time, I bought the new unit which he quickly installed. He took the time to show me how it worked so I wouldn't have any questions after he left. Dan also sold me on the benefit of annual maintenance on both my Lennox furnace and A/C units. As soon as he left I immediately called his inside partner Stacy, who he spoke very highly of and scheduled him to come back again this year before the snow flies and do just that. It's nice to do business with people like Dan and Stacy that provide exceptional customer service which is so hard to find nowadays.
