Keith is a top notch technician .... Professional, experienced and personable. Great visit. Also, I want to acknowledge Whitney, the best customer service I've ever dealt with. It's been a difficult year for our family and our project was involved, requiring a number of visits to complete. The family situations caused a number of scheduling problems, and Whitney helped us thru all of them. Her knowledge and ability to come up with solutions is amazing. We have been working with Holbrook heating for for at least 6 years now. Every one of their staff has been professional and up front with us. This time we had our first issue with our furnace which we had them re-pipe to improve efficiency. It is the first issue we've encountered since installing the system. Dan, who came to complete the repair, was on time if not early. Came in and examined the issue before making any judgement. He then proceeded to explain in layman's terms what was going on and determined the costs of best case and worst case scenarios. He finished fixing the problem in what I felt was record time and we ended up facing only the best case scenario. Even when I asked him to perform the further repair he checked in with the office and several minds working together determined that we did not need to do anything further. They gave us the standard 30 day guarantee and said if anything happens they would take care of it accordingly. It's so nice to do business with a local company that provides outstanding customer service. Lately I find it so frustrating doing business with companies that don't treat customers the way they should be treated. It's appreciated to get the reminder call from Stacy the day before Dan arrives and then again the day of the service. She has such a pleasant way about her that comes through the phone line. It was also nice seeing Dan again. He is very polite and professional and I can tell how much he enjoys his job and working with his customers. I told him that stink bugs drive me crazy getting into the house through the HVAC and he gave me a great tip that I will use. I will definitely recommend Holbrook Heating to my friends and family.
