Michael was attentive and informative about the problems with the furnace and what he thought had to be done. While he didn't replace the part that needed replacing at this time - we are considering replacing the furnace instead of repairing it - he did make some small adjustment so the loud grating noise has stopped, at least temporarily. We had an issue that we discovered on a Sunday evening. After calling Holbrook Heating, Dustin was at our door the next morning a little after 10. He discovered a simple fix, but asked if we wanted him to check out the air conditioning and furnace while he was there, thus saving us the cost of a maintenance call.
