Holbrook performed the yearly maintenance on both my oil fired furnace and hot water heater this morning. Service Tech Milton Cooper was the representative that showed up this morning to perform the work. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his professionalism. He did an excellent job and is welcome back anytime. I have contracted with Holbrook over the years and have never been disappointed with their work. They originally installed both pieces of equipment and with the exception of going with another outfit for a couple of years they have kept the equipment in tip top shape maintenance wise. I was very dissatisfied with the other company am again very pleased for giving the maintenance services to Holbrook. In my opinion they are tops in their field. Milton C. 12/31/19 |

On the coldest night of the year we came home to no heat. Kyle Valetta was able to get our furnace going later that night by replacing a broken coupler. He was professional, and very knowledgeable. We decided to purchase a new circulator pump and Joe Becker installed it for us today. He had it done in no time. He also conducted himself in a very professional manor. This was my third service within 6 weeks for the same problem. The cost for the first trip was $360.00. The second call that was 11 days after their 30 day warranty expired, cost $593.40. Now, 3 days later I was charged $79.11 to repair the work the first 2 technicians performed. I have been a loyal Holbrook customer for over 30 years. I would expect they would honor their warranty for work done by their trained technicians. It is sad that as companies grow they forget about their long term customers. Dustin S. 12/19/19 |

Holbrook has historically been excellent. However, now that they have begun charging EIGHT DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!! for a 99 cent furnace filter (yes, seriously) in addition to their $139 maintenance fee, I will go elsewhere in the future.

Holbrook heating is a great company. When they say they will do something they absolutely do. It’s nice to have a company that is so reliables. They call half an our before the technician will be showing up which is wonderful. They are always very polite courteous. Gregg the tech that came tonight was wonderful. Very nice and informative on what was wrong with our furnace, fixed it and gave us a great idea of how to fix future problems like we had. Can’t recommend Holbrook Heating Inc enough.
