We have had nothing but good results from Hays and Mike S. further illustrated what appears to be their commitment to service on all fronts. Mike came out and checked our systems, including the individual units/handlers and duct work. He explained everything professionally and never once pressured me to "fix" things that weren't broken. He took pictures of the problems he found, fixed what he could today, and emailed me the final estimate for the remaining issues. This is our second visit from Hays. OK...second post today praising Hays. I'm not an employee and do not get residuals (though I am willing to negotiate!). Frank M. came out today to do our annual furnace check up. Not the first time Frank has been here and that is nice to see. So many companies have a revolving door of employees and it speaks volumes to the kind of company Hays is here in the Valley.
Frank was quiet but thorough. He also took pains to make sure there were no fingerprints or debris around from his work area. He obviously cares about what he does and the impression he leaves. Hopefully we'll see him again this spring when we have our A/C unit checked. Frank M. 12/11/15 |

Recently I had Hays install a new Trane AC unit. Robert and Brandon were the installers. They were very professional.Explained everything as they went through the install and cleaned everything very well after it was completed. At the end Robert sat down with me and reviewed all that was done and what the next step was.

Had two Trane HVAC systems installed by Hays C & H in May 2014. From the initial contact through the end of the job, Bill, Chris (owner) and the installation crew were professional and understood both our concerns and needs. Additionally the office staff is very responsive to questions and the seasonal check tech (Mike) is always courteous and willing to answer any questions and address concerns regarding the units and their performance. We had Hays install a Trane. Has worked with no problems. We have the maintenance program (recommended) where they come out twice a year to inspect the evap cooler and Trane. I have used this company for a new air conditioner (good selection, good prices) and its upkeep for over two years. Frank stopped by on time to take care of the Preventative Maintenance service on my new home. He checked all my numbers; topped up my refrigerant and filled me in on care of the unit. This was my first time using Hays Cooling and Heating and I'm very happy with the service! I called in the morning and Laurie was able to get me in that afternoon. Mike was even there before the scheduled time. The blow motor was broken and Mike was able to verify the part was still under warranty and get the part the next morning. I would definitely recommend Hays to someone with heating or cooling issues. Mike came out right away and fixed the a/c unit and explained exactly what the problem was. We are in a condominium unit where the units are not easy to get to. Mike had a 32 foot ladder which he used to climb up on the roof and take care of things.
