Hot and humid with no AC, I gave them a call and within a day, they were out. Tyler checked out our issue and gave us options on what we could do to a. just get it to work, b. Get it to work and find the leak, c. Get it to work and fix the leak. After reviewing our options we decided to replace and he gave us several choices there as well. I wouldn't recommend them at all. A simple ac tune-up/check up turned into a ~$3000 bill and our air conditioning is worse than before. I wouldn't recommend them. First, it was an electrical issue with our ac, that was a ~$1300 bill. The issue wasn't fixed. Next, it was a mechanical issue with our ac, that was a ~$1600 bill. Nobody wants to live in a hot house in the summer. You'd think that after spending all that money to fix the so-called electrical and mechanical issues, our ac would work and keep the house cool, but nope! After spending $3000, I just want them to undo all they've done so far and refund our money back. I'm willing to bet that if I invited another company over to do an ac checkup they'll still find issues with it, $$$$$. It's all a scam! Jeff F., Christy M. 09/02/18 |

Scheduled our A/C unit for a maintenance tune-up since we hadn't checked it since we moved in a couple of years ago. They were great about communicating and changing the time when we needed to do that. They called 30minutes prior to arrival as they said they would and were exactly on time. The tech was very nice and explained things I asked him about. He offered the maintenance plan in a very easy going fashion and didn't feel pressured to get it. I was planning on getting something anyway so I signed up for the annual A/C & furnace maintenance plan. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend highly! Zac B. 08/31/18 |

Excellent from the first point of contact! I called on Monday, Tyler came to my home within hours. I had Air Conditioning on Wednesday! Tyler was and exceptional rep to send out because he was an Installer in the past and understood the complexities of an older home and a boiler system. He gave me options and lots of information. Tyler is knowledgeable and a good communicator. He was patient and thoughtful about my specific needs. He got me on the schedule for Wednesday (the day after the day he came out ). The Team of Installers and the Electrician were all GREAT too! They were good communicators. They were careful and respectful to my home and with me. The technician did a great job explaining the technical information. I'm not too happy though with how Genz-Ryan sets appointments: They don't make appointment times. You pretty much have to be home all day or be able to be back at your house when you get the call that they'll be there in 30 minutes. Steve M. 08/24/18 |

We had been having trouble with high humidity in our new home. Mike S came to check out our air conditioning system. After a number of tests it was determined the system had not been charged correctly. After bleeding the system and recharging the system works better. We still have high humidity but that is in part due to the weather.
We also suffered an airflow problem to one room in our home. He was able to track that problem down to a closed damper. I would never have found it, given it is near the ceiling vent in the ductwork.
