Genz Ryan asking me for a review is a joke. I had a horrible experience with them yesterday. I called to schedule an appointment to have them replace a defective Moen shower cartridge. Genz Ryan installed the shower faucet in our home 2 years and 24 days ago. Yes, you know where this is headed. Moen sent me the cartridge free of charge, as they acknowledged it was faulty.
The plumber arrived and told me that because the house was only two years old and they did the plumbing, I was entitled to a free plumbing check. I declined because everything else is in working order.
Back to the cartridge... I watched the same cartridge be replaced on U tube and it took 3 minutes. The Genz Ryan plumber gave me the estimate to replace it and told me it would be $498 dollars. I am not kidding!! I thought he had found something else wrong, but nope! I asked him why Genz Ryan would not replace it under warranty and was told I was 24 days late!! I ended up paying a $99 trip charge and the plumber left. Before he left I asked him for his supervisor’s number and he gave it to me. I left a very polite message for the supervisor to call me and he has NOT returned my call.

Steve was great. He explained everything. to me so I could
understand what he was going to do to replace the A/C.
(Knew nothing about replacing major appliances). I particularly liked that he checked the old unit to make sure it could not be fixed. Even though your quote was the

Our A/C was out and we were told from the company that we purchased it from that service could not be done for almost 2 weeks! I called Genz Ryan and was able to schedule a service appt within 3 days. Our service tech was Zach. He was friendly and thorough and was able to get our A/C up and and running in less than 2 hours. Just met a very nice H-VAC technician by the name Alberto from Genz-Ryan who did a thorough tune-up of our central air conditioner. He was so patient with answering all my questions and showing me important things to know about how to care for our system to prevent problems down the road when the AC will get a hard work-out. Don't want to have problems at the peak season when one really needs the AC to work properly. It's hard then to get service when it will be in high demand due to mal-functioning equipment.. The first crew came out at the appointed time and evaluated out needs and detailed what they could do and how much it would cost. They gave us a variety of options for items we had not considered doing, to the very basic repair which we had called about. They did the basic repair that day in a very short time. The further work was taken care of by a single repairman, who showed up on time, took care to cover the carpet on our basement stairs, wore covers over his shoes when working in the house, did all of the agreed work in a very professional and timely manner.
