I decided that a new ac was in order after a service call but and am afraid the initial technician did not give me the correct information as to what I would be receiving - so not impressed with that. HOWEVER, what I was VERY impressed with were the technicians Mike M. and Tre M. who installed the new high efficiency ac. They needed to fit the much larger ac in a small space previously occupied by the one installed in 1998. It took the whole day but Mike kept me informed as to what was being done and why, seeing as they had to pull a number of things apart. The end result was a neatly installed ac that hopefully will keep running for 2 more decades. Thanx guys! Mike M. 08/06/18 |

From the easy scheduling with Shelby to the excellent service provided by Noah we could not be happier with Genz-Ryan. Noah fixed our AC with hot weekend weather coming. He went out of his way to explain our options and found us most cost efficient repair. Luckily we did not need new this time but I am sure when we do there will be another call to Genz-Ryan. Matt was very prompt, polite and personable. I Received a callback within a 1/2 hour of my original call to Genz-Ryan company. Matt was very knowledgeable and gave me options. Genz-Ryan is still a wonderful and reliable business. This company has wonderful service and very qualified technicians. We have used the services of this local outfit in the Twin Cities to our home many times and have always been pleased with the work done.
Recently, something was backordered and the wait was a bit long and when asked about the wait we were given a prompt answer and a perk for our inconvenience by
Jeff D. the manager on duty.
The last technician to visit was Alex who was prompt and very qualified. He fixed a small plumbing problems and changed the water filters for us.
Thank you Gena-Ryan for continuing to do such outstanding work and for being part of our local community.

The tech that came out from Genz Ryan did not want to explain anything to me without my husband there as it would be a ‘waste of time’ and even wanted to set up a separate meeting time in order to talk to him. Jeff showed up as scheduled, in fact ahead of time (very good), and was up to date with the scheduled task. All through the visit, Jeff was thorough , very professional and patient in answering to our questions. I can clearly see his attention to details, knowledge of the subject and not rushing through approach.
Overall a great experience to refer and certainly good work by Jeff. We were pleased with his work that we had signed up for annual maintenance plan and insist that Jeff be our technician for subsequent visits. I recommend Jeff for a job well done and demonstrating good customer service.
