I have used Genz-Ryan for a water heater/in-floor system, new high-efficiency furnace, and a new high-efficiency AC system. They are absolutely outstanding at service, follow up, and installation! While they are able and willing to install more basic, lower cost equipment, they do a great job of explaining the benefits of each option. They do not try to up-sell the higher priced options. They always show up on time, are very courteous, professional, respectful and accommodating. The installations and service are top-notch. While their pricing is probably not the lowest, it is fair and I literally never have to worry about bad equipment, poor service, or any issues. Saving a few hundred dollars is not worth the hassles you get with a low quality service provider. These guys are 5 star. They provide "premium" service for a good price. Adam and Cody led the most recent installation and were exceptional. If you ever do have an issue, they will jump all over it until you are fully satisfied. Outstanding company! The main reason Mike came to our new townhome was to fix our A/C. However when my wife was explaining other mechanical problems he was concerned. With great listening he diagnosed we had a water leak which made our water heater run 24/7. He then did fix the A/C and it is the first time it has worked since we moved in 3 weeks prior.
By not just being concerned to get his job done and get home on time, he discovered that we had an under slab leak. If he had not acted like an all around professional we may not of found it which could have affect many.
Lastly, as a Construction Trades instructor, I value the ability of a person to know their trade but also like Mike to explain it in a format the novice understands. Mike's willingness to go the extra mile today will last long past when we shut down the A/C he fixed and get ready for a long MN winter.

I had my old AC unit looked at by Tyler as it was having issues and was an older unit. After reviewing the options I went with a new AC unit. The technician Adam gave a call ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to go over the work that was done and answer any questions I had.

We had a leak in our master bathroom shower behind the handle that turns the shower on. The water was going into our bathroom in the basement. Alex came out and looked over the situation, sat down with us and went over the options and pricing and what was involved. We went with the less expensive option, hoping it would work, if not, we knew what would have to be done and how much it would cost us. Fortunatly Alex was able to fix the problem. Adam and his coworkers did a very professional and complete job of replacing my central air unit which included the coil in the furnace. They were on time, explained the process and very friendly. Once they completed, they gave me a complete tour of what was done, explained the follow-up inspection that would be done, and went over the warranty. Zach ******** came out to service our air conditioner. He was extremely professional and found that a mouse got into our voltage transition box in the condenser. He replaced the box after showing me pictures on his iPad. The air conditioner no longer makes strange noises and seems to be running like new.
