Mike did a very nice job of showing us all our options and we had a lot to choose from. We asked many questions and if he didn't have the answer he was able to get the answer post haste. He was very persistent and gave us the private time we asked for to make a decision. We appreciate his efforts.

Annual check up of furnace and salt delivery. Outstanding technician. Went over process of check up. Provided the best detail we hsve had compared to all other techs from all companies. We want him to be our tech for all futurr work from genz ryan.

Purchased a heating and AC tuneup. While they pointed some things out that were wrong, it seemed like more of a scare tactic. They didn't really explain the issues...and my furnace didn't work after they came out. It seems they fiddled or bumped some wires and this caused the problem. When calling the company, they wanted to charge me again to come out and look at the problem. Since I wasn't satisfied I called a different company to diagnose the problem. and correct it. I think they need to pay for all the advertising they do...so maybe they try to scare you and or create problems.

Want it done on the cheap?... Hire a moonlighter. Want it done right the first time by a company that will stand behind their work?... This is the right company. I went through several companies with licensed experts who came out to repair a fire pit. After a lot of head scratching and money spent on messing around with no results, Genz-Ryan sent out Noah who immediately diagnosed the problem, and stuck it out in the rain to get it fixed. Several years later... still working no problem. So... I hired GR to do a full AC-Furnace-Humidifier-filter system replacement. It's been bullet proof. Today David came out and diagnosed a water heater problem down to a thermocouple and fixed it. Could I have gotten it done cheaper? Yeah. It's fixed right the first time though and that counts with me. I want experts. I want it right the first time. That's these guys.

I wish I could go lower. They are highly overpriced. The people quoting can’t give you a break out on why the price is what it is. Brought them in for furnace. Gave 2 options for replacement. $5500 was the lowest. Which is a bit high. Then they wanted 4500 for water heater and softener. I went to Home Depot and had installed for half that. They came to Install the furnace and missed the humidifier and wanted to requote. I think because they were dealing with my wife they were trying to take advantage. Will never call again! EVER! I really can’t believe that they have a high rating from so many others. This may be one of my worst home repair experiences. But to each their own, I guess.

I was very happy with the installation of my new furnace and air conditioner. Whenever I stopped by intermittently to check on the status, Adam filled me in without me having to ask. His craftsmanship with the duct work and gas line was very impressive. The only negative involving Adam was that the guys left the lights and their radio turned on when they went to lunch and left the lights turned on when they left for the day.

Buyer be ware and go elsewhere. They charge incredibly high rates compared to others. I paid 529.01 to have the seal replaced on my toilet. I was later quoted $65 for the same job with another plumber! Highway robbery!

After calling in on a Friday i was told someone could come look at our leaky sink on Monday, so i took off work to be there. They ended up rescheduling for the next day, so after missing a second day of work, i shell out the money they needed to replace the parts. It was installed pretty miserably and started leaking again a few days later. At least they had the courtesy of giving a 2 year warranty after robbing me of 1600 dollars. That's another day of work I'll miss while they fix their mistake. After all the time and money I've spent with this issue, I'd stay far away from this company.

Had two technicians come out in the same day to evaluate my electrical and my heating and air conditioning. Both quoted me obnoxious amounts of money to fix issues that would not cost a third of that to have someone independent come out. I gave them a chance after they ripped me off for a water heater but I am done with them now.

Genz Ryan made appt. Making easy. Mike G was friendly and efficient. He listened to an issue I was having with the a/c and explained the cause. Furnace was tuned up, too and is ready for the season. I joined the GR club and will try it for a year! Nice job all around! Strongly recommend Genz Ryan!

Ryan M was sent in twice to correct problems with the installation of a brand new furnace and air conditioner. First, we had water on the floor from leaky condensation hoses. Then, we called in on Friday p m with "new furnace with no heat" and they could not fit us in until Tuesday! We hung in there with the help of several electric heaters ($$). I can give "great job" to Ryan M, but not so much for the company!
