Zach Backlund was assigned to handle a leak in our furnace room which he determined was our humidifier. He assessed the situation and gave us options for repair. Throughout the visit he was professional, friendly and he liked our dog (as do all the Genz-Ryan employees). We've had 3 or 4 visits in the last few months and have yet to determine how all your employees are so personable and outgoing while being so knowledgeable and efficient. Whatever it is you do, keep it up.

Any time we have had a problem, Genz Ryan has been quick to help. Any serious problems are taken care of very quickly. They have always offered options and explained the choices well. For big things, they have financing options to take the sting out as well. Their service plans give us peace of mind since our systems are checked yearly. They even ship in the filters we need so we don't have to go out and find them every time we need them. 12/28/18 |

Tyler was the technician to came to our home to do the annual furnace checkup. We got a call about 20 minutes before he was to arrive. He came on time, well within the given timeframe, was courteous and prompt. We originally thought that we might have a squirrel tumbling around in the furnace, but upon Genz-Ryan's inspection, we learned that we had a need to either replace or repair part of the heatig element. While all of this is going on, Ryan, our techmician, noticed my allergies and recommended a furnace filter replacement system that has been a wonderful help to us. My annual plumbing inspection and water heating draining was completed by Matt M. His inspection included checking the condition of the water heater rod, testing the water, and checking the bathroom sink drains. Shelby S setup the appointment with Matt M as I requested. Genz-Ryan is very professional and always provides options. Let's face it people, no one wants to spend too much on repairs or replacing equipment, BUT if you have to these are the people to do it. I am always provided with a couple of options - do nothing (if that is feasible), a short-term fix or replace the equipment if it is at the end of its life span. I am almost always able to get an appointment when I want the appointment. They do keep me updated with phone calls and texts as to when the technician will be at my home. Both my husband and I work full-time, so this makes it easier to plan our day if someone has to meet them at our house to let them in. Although I have been know to give these guys my garage code and have them let themselves in. They are trustworthy! Ryan is the technician that visited yesterday - he's been to our house multiple times which is really nice. It's not often that you can say you develop a relationship with the repair people/trades people you use. It is always worth using professionals to have the job done correctly the first time. I am on one of their service plans ($10/month) and that gets me a free furnace and free air conditioning check each year plus I move to the head of the line for service.
