The appointment desk was very efficient and courteous. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what needed to be done thoroughly and how much it would cost before doing any work. He worked quickly and quietly, asked me to inspect the work before he left, and didn't make a mess. We have had Brennan come out twice for a couple of issues and he worked so hard to ensure that things were fixed. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it and went above and beyond in each thing he did. We are so thankful for him. This was our first time using ER Plumbing. We had something that needed immediate attention and they were able to come out right away. Glad they did. Jeff did an excellent job of finding the "root" of the problem and getting it fixed. So he didn't just get the water running properly again, he fixed it so we won't have this issue again. Outstanding work. I have had plumbers out to clear our clogged toilets and sinks over the past few years. ER Plumbing came out on a Saturday for an emergency backup plumbing issue. After the clog was cleared by using s snake from the back cleanout, the plumber didn't like the situation. He discovered that the soil pipe in the front of the house had a wide open below ground cleanout. He installed a proper clean out. I had a gas line for my dryer installed by them when we first moved into our new home house. The inspector was extremely impressed by the job they had done for me. This made my wife very pleased as well! Terry had performed this for me at the time.
Terry had advised me that the hot water heater was over 15 years old (home inspector missed that). So I was getting prepared to replace that but just wanted to get settled first. As luck would have it, the heater started leaking after 2 weeks of being in our home. Terry again came out, the same day I called and installed a new water heater for us.

Reggie did a great job replacing a valve and diverter unit for an old shower fixture. Although it required cutting out a portion of the wall on the other side of the shower, Reggie did an excellent job locating the area, making repairs and then cleaning up thoroughly afterwards, minimizing the restoration process for the wall. We called E.R. Plumbing after failed attempts by two other plumbers to diagnose, much less solve a problem in our home with a dreadful sewer-gas odor, primarily when we ran the dishwasher. On his first visit Jeff immediately knew what to do, and he arranged to return to carry out a smoke test that would reveal where the system was leaking the gas. He and a helper arrived as arranged and soon discovered, with the smoke test, the location of the leak (in a vent pipe). Jeff engineered a brilliant solution that avoided tearing out a kitchen wall and thus saving both time and money. He completed the job before the end of the day. The result was completely successful: not a trace of odor now.

Mike verified and located a leak in our home’s underground water supply line and repaired it in under an hour. We have used ER plumbing in the past for water heater replacement and a repair of a cracked sewer line. Mike was assigned to do this work at our home in the past as well. Mike is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. ER Plumbing is fortunate to have him.

My kitchen sink clogged on a Sunday morning and despite my best efforts, I could not get it unplugged. I called ER Plumbing and got a return call within minutes and service within the hour.
