Jeff from ER Plumbing (Matthews) just came by to fix our low water pressure problem. Very professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed for a good price very quickly. Water pressure in the house is great now. He also checked a few other little things while he was here and gave us some tips on taking care of the house. Highly recommend ER Plumbing. I was referred to ER Plumbing by a previous employee and he was right on target when he said they would treat us right. Reggie showed up and our crazy dog dropped his king right at his feet and he rarely does that to anyone. I knew then we had a really nice guy helping us. Mike Walker from ER Plumbing was at our house twice recently. He quickly diagnosed our problems, offered choices for solutions, and gave honest advice when we asked. He is professional, courteous, extremely capable, and even very patient with my annoying pets! Two friends came when he was here and both asked for his card. I would gladly recommend Mine Walker to anyone and we have requested that ER Plumbing ask him to come if and when we call again. We sincerely appreciate the quality of work he did in our home. Reggie from ER plumbing came and analyzed a problem, fixed it, and patiently explained the problem. Service call was stated upfront at $69 and further repair cost itemized (if necessary). Robin came to replace a leaking garbage disposal and found that the new one wouldn't fit based on the existing pipes. He said he would try to find a comparable disposal to the one I had and would call me after the Memorial Day holiday. I didn't get a call and had to call ER. They told me they couldn't find a similar disposal so my pipes and disposal would have to be replaced. They accommodated my schedule by coming on Saturday. Jason came on Saturday and his quote for the job was different than Robin's, but he honored the original quote. He was courteous and professional and the overall experience was very good. We are in the process of selling my mother's condo in Matthews, and needed to fix the garbage disposal and dishwasher. Jeff could not have been more personable and competent, identified the problem, fixed the plumbing issues, and was able to refer us to an electrician for an electrical problem he discovered. In addition, he went above and beyond to help me when I left to run an errand in my wife's car a couple miles away, and realized i did not have her key fob with me. Mike E is an INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL AND SKILLED PLUMBER. We have utilized his excellent skills and service for over ten years! Every install or repair has been top notch from all of our sink , shower/tub, vanity fixtures to a new water heater. He is always speedy to get a service scheduled when it is mandated and takes the time to do the job well! I had an emergency and the individual I usually connect was booked and he recommended ER Plumbing. I called and in a short amount of time Will O. was at my door. I showed him my issue and Will (being extremely courteous), determined my issue. He explained my problem in a way which I could understand easily. In no rushed manner, he went over the estimate of the repairs. After the repairs, he even took time show me the damaged items. This gentleman even took the time to speak to me regarding what he observed regarding my water heater(which I knew it is old), but he did not try to push me into other repairs. After a sudden leak from our hot water tank , ER services showed up 1 hour after the phone call, explained the problem and within 3 hours had installed a brand new water tank at a reasonable price and with superb customer service. Will O is the most knowledgeable technician, I have dealt with in my lifetime... Not to mention his great customer service skills. If your techs attend customer service training, you are doing an excellent job in that regard ER Plumbing.
Our water pressure was terrible and we had been hearing a thumping sound from out utility room where the water heater was stored. Will O came out on this call and was so professional, yet very personable. I felt so comfortable when we was in my home. What a great asset to your company. He came back today and replaced a pressure gadget in less than 30 minutes...I was so impressed with him and his mannerism. He took the time to explain in terms I could totally understand. (he did not use the term gadget) that is my word. I had gained so much trust in his knowledge I did not feel the need to note the issue he was dealing with and what was actually replaced. This does not happen very often with me as I retired last year after 36 years in customer service management with the BSA Supply Group... I always take names and thorough notes. Just in case. However,I can also recognize integrity and professionalism with my eyes closed...What an impressive young man you have representing your company...Whoever hired him, my hat goes off to you for recognizing his wonderful skill set, personality and knowledge. Very very pleased with your service and will recommend you to "all" my friends and family. Of course, I will recommend they request for Will O to be their tech....if possible...

I own a home with plastic water lines and I noticed a very small wet area near a hot water heater. I immediately shut off the water and called ER Plumbing. They sent Will O., who quickly found a small pin-hole leak in a maze of plastic fittings. In a very short period of time Will assembled a very complex replacement for the maze which solved the problem. He knew what to do and did an excellent job. Will O. 04/20/17 |

Will O was my service technician today with ER Plumbing and I have been a customer for over 20 years and today's service went above and beyond the call of duty explaining about the new faucets he was installing in both the kitchen and laundry room mudsink; he improved the stability of my mudsink and readied the kitchen plumbing for the new dishwasher that is yet to come; he noted that I needed a new disposal which I had suspected and sure enough it is like night and day with the reduced noise level; there isn't any. He cleaned my sink underneath where the old faucet had been and he was very conscientious in what he was doing and you knew that he was a professional. I like that he explained things to me since I am a person of detail and I like to know what is what and how things are suppose to be and work. He was very nice and I felt like I was in good hands with Will; he knows his plumbing and it is important to have someone come in and know what to do without hesitation and explain and show the customer along the way.
